Cashier was really helpful, I want to say she was a manager. She made smart comments to our needs & gave us a crappy service. I personally refuse to return there. Not a good experience.

Looking for specific item. First Michael's did not have it. They looked, found a nearby Michael's did. Next store then helped me navigate thru a 25% off coupon for entire purchase. Customer service is wonderful.
