Wish I could give 0 stars. As a medical professional myself, I can say this was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had when seeking treatment. Was told I couldn’t be seen to have my ear cleaned out because my blood pressure was too high (even though it was low when the nurse took it, but was high when the Nurse Practitioner took it). Was told I’d need to use ear drops (which I’d already tried) for 5 days, then go see my personal doctor. Went across the street to urgent care and they cleaned my ear within less than 10 minutes. Then when attempting to simply find out why my insurance was billed and I owed a co-pay (even though I was not given any service at all and had to go across to the urgent care to fix my problem), I couldn’t get a return phone call. Attempted to call the Minute Clinic contact number multiple times to resolve the issue and was put on hold every time for anywhere between 17-40 min (no exaggeration on 40 min), while never once speaking to anybody. I finally gave up and chalked it up as a learning experience. I go to Walgreens now.

Came here because it's a MINUTE CLINIC. Why then am I waiting for 45 minutes after my appointment time with my nonverbal autistic daughter, after showing up 15 minutes early. There are few and far between places that we can get into the same day to be seen, if you can't handle the appointment times that you offer, OFFER LESS APPOINTMENT TIMES.

This is the worst place ever, people are nice, process stick. I called and had a 30 hold while they advertised, 30 minutes of commercials, went to the drive trough another 30 minutes waiting behind covid tests. Trying Walgreens. Also the stalk me, the computer actually called to tell me my Dr didn't send any prescriptions, I wasn't waiting for any! They are owned by Aetna.

I came in 15 minutes before my appointment and was seen right on time. Cathy Polito, the nurse practitioner, was knowledgeable, timely, and had the best bedside manner I've ever experienced in the medical field. I highly recommend coming into this clinic, and will recommend all my colleagues at Ford Motor Company to head this way.

This place is just horrible. The rudest employees, always an issue getting my prescriptions filled. Today I had a Covid test scheduled for 8:50 am. I was there at 8:35, waiting for a call from cvs to let me know to go in for my test. At 9am I receive a call finally, she says I missed my appointment so she had to move on. I informed her that no one had called me, she said oh well she can't help. So I rescheduled for 10:30 am today. Take another 2 hours off work to get the test. At 10:30 they tell me that since I had a test scheduled that morning , they can't test me at 10:30. I explain how they never called me , not my fault. She says oh well, can't test you for 2 days. She tells me Minuteclinic is always messing up, gives me a phone number to call and complain. Wasted 3 hours of my time , never got a test , this place is a joke!

Got tested for COVID here with my brothers. They received their test results within 2 days, and I didn’t get mine for 10 days, only because the HEALTH DEPARTMENT contacted me before CVS did. I found out they incorrectly entered my birthdate at some point. The customer service hotline was pretty much useless in trying to find out where my results went. Just go to your health department if you can, DO NOT do anything with CVS.

Ms. Ramesbottom was very helpful and answered my questions thoroughly. She even gave a suggestion that I so appreciated since I had been thinking about it and it is working. Allergies and ear infections are such a nuisance but she treated me with the same respect as a very sick patient. She is currently training someone and I believe that young woman is very lucky. Thank you CVS for having such a kind employee.

They are taking 14 days to get your COVID test results back. They advertise "2-4 days, 6-10 days during peak times." My mom got tested after me, at Beaumont urgent care and got results in 4 days. They need to advertise that they take 14 days so people know not to bother.

What is the point of doing covid testing if at day 12, me and my husband still don’t have results. What a joke. My son went to a different cvs and had results within 2 days. You would think all cvs testing would be the same.

This place had a great vibe, friendly, kind and helpful. They had a wonderful waiting room with free snacks and comfortable seating. Was in and out in 45 min. The Dr. wa very attentive and listened to all of my concerns. Was not quick to make any judgments and wanted me to wait out the Virus before taking anything. Which I totally agree with, we are always so quick to prescribe medication when we should just be patient and let our body is fight it off naturally . Great place! Thank you!

Worst of them around. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone for any reason. Came in because I'm sick and need a note for work and they tell me to go-to the hospital to get fluids although I've been staying hydrated all day. Unfortunately their staff is lazy and useless so I would avoid this place at all costs.

Great place. I was seen by Wendy. She was very friendly and through. I was in and out of there in no time.
