“Great service all around. They were happy to answer any questions and explain anything I had asked for further details on from the inspection report.
Services they provided at this visit was an oil change, air filter & air cabin filter replacements and windshield wiper replacement (front and rear).
Service was quick and they went ahead and applied any discount offers available to my services I received; without my needing to ask.”

“Working with my car and jeep. This shop is where all of my needs are met. The manager Clint and his crew...to the owner are some good people and will make sure you're thoroughly and completely taken care of. Whether it's an oil change, a belt replacement, spark plugs, complete brake jobs, ujoint replacement, windshield reservoir installation, and auto detailing..the list goes on. If these guys can do it they will! They're honest and professional group of gentlemen .So by all means if there is something that cant be fixed with your vehicle they will guide you in the right direction. Very friendly and willing to explain things in a way that some of us mechanics wouldnt understand. Would recommend this place to anyone! (btw this location is an AMS oil retailer!) :)”
“Had a dead battery on one of our utility vansand went to Dennis‘s garage for repairs. Price was very comparable than reasonable to the national chains, but I like to support a local family business as that’s what we are. Had two batteries replaced and the car back to me with a matter of hours. Very professional, very honest and very reliable.

“Was in the area for a Dr. Appointment when I noticed the heat shield under my engine was hanging down. Pulled in and they fixed it for free saying that it was likely the place who did the oil change last week likely did not tighten the screws holding it in place.”

“I can’t say enough about the staff at this location. All of the employees are always in great moods, are clearly happy to help and have shown on numerous visits that they can be very honest. I don’t want to dismiss any of the employees however Jason is a class act. He knows his business and will tell you what you need and if you decline it there is no pressure. That actually makes me more comfortable following up with air filters And such when he recommends them. I’ve been going to this Jiffy Lube for years and I intend to continue. “Came in with a noise concern and it turned out to be just the tires, so grateful for the honesty. The mechanic took the time to drive with me and explain everything. When waiting, I overheard a mother and son thank him genuinely, thank him, so clearly I’m not the only one who felt taken care of. The shop itself was impressively clean and professional. Everyone on their crew is fast, efficient, service oriented, and stays safe! I sometimes show up after I am done with my work, just before they close and they still take care of everything even if it runs a little past closing time. “First time at this auto location. Eric, the technician, was extremely friendly and professional. I needed just the battery replaced, and Eric stepped me through the process, and he replaced it within 45 minutes. I also had a chance to do some quick shopping while he was working on my suv. “I went to uncles ed for the first time earlier this week for an oil change and had a great experience. Justin was the mechanic who helped me and he was very knowledgeable and personable! He explained everything that he was doing throughly and even printed out an updated maintenance form for the services my car needs with prices and explanations of everything! Highly recommend the Shelby township location! I didn’t get the other two mechanics names who were working with Justin but they were very nice too!!”
