Ordered boots on april 4th, got a shipping tracking number from them starting deliver for next wednesday. COOL!
Tuesday comes around and it turns out the shipping number was their internal one for the boots to be delivered to the store in michigan and it will still be at least 2 weeks before i see them when work start Thursday. There was no mention at the time of ordering that i would be receiving 2 tracking codes at all, with no mention of extended times to Canada at all.
Messaged the csr as i was told to to ask about what was going on and she snidely sent me a sidepage saying international customers (im in ontario canada) shouldn't expect orders before 2-5 weeks and that I should have read that before ordering.
The situation escalated from there.
Csr was rude, dismissive, and unhelpful and said my reaction to her disrespect would be recorded. So i'm here to make sure everyone else understands how they do business.

Worst customer service experience ever. It takes nearly a week for an order to be processed. When I found out that my order had not shipped 5 days after submitting (payment went through right away, though) I tried to cancel. At that point, I noticed that they had duplicated the order, as well, so I had to cancel both orders. I contacted the Orthotic shop through their web form from their official site. I also called and left several messages. 3 days later, the first order shipped after I thought they might read a message or listen to voicemail. I tried calling again and spoke to a human after several attempts. I was told their processing, shipping, customer service, etc. are performed by a third party, and that they had received no voicemails nor had the web form to email worked. They shipped everything and I must pay return shipping, as it is my fault. Later I received a message that they had responded to my emails and did receive my voicemails (there was no response to my emails, even in my spam and junk folders). I am trying to leave town and will now have to have a neighbor collect packages and try to get someone to complete this return within 45 days, plus pay for shipping on both orders, as they say it was me that placed the second order (it was not). This is precisely what I was trying to avoid. It is likely I will not return within their return window, so I have been robbed by the Orthotic Shop. Buyer Beware. I'm still not sure this is legit. I

READ REVIEWS PEOPLE!!! THIS COMPANY ONLY WANTS YOUR MONEY. THEY WON'T PRODUCE THE PROMISED PRODUCT WHILE PROVIDING EVEN WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE. STICK IT TO THESE LAZY THIEVES BY BANNING THEM.

I returned new shoes ($250) for refund, and not only did they not refund me, but also gave my new shoes to donation.
Never will I ever shop there again after this experience!

So I had originally bought these Reebok tactical shoe and I order my regular size 8. So I had wore them 1 day maybe to see if I just needed to break them in before I exchange for a size bigger. So I sent them back in return for an exchange within days of receiving them to being with. So I called and asked why haven’t I gotten a response or the exchange of this shoe. It’s been almost a month! So fast forward the lady said we couldn’t exchange because they were used, if you would like to discuss this you can speak to the manger. So left a voicemail, I persisted and called again, call ended. So I called again and finally I was able to get thru to speak with the manager. She was not only rude, unhelpful but shutting me down with no help whatsoever. I liked the shoe so much that if I couldn’t get a full refund fine, I understand. But if I could get a partial so I can order another pair just a size bigger. And she was not having it. So at the end of all this, not only I’m I stuck with a pair of shoes I can’t wear but also the disappoint in the company and manger that’s not worth a damn!

I purchased a pair of extra wide men's walking shoes after foot surgery. Shoes were extra depth and provided space for orthotics and swollen foot.After enjoying the comfortable shoes for a few days an eyelet tore and while a minor failure, I had to adjust the length of the shoelace and not tie all the way up. I sent pictures and a brief note regarding the inconvenience and a new pair of shoes arrived a few days later.Excellent customer service went above and beyond my expectations. Glad to see some companies still stand behind the products they sell! Also thanks to Mt. Emey for awesome warranty coverage.When I need a special sized shoe again the Orthotic Shop and Mt. Emey will be my first choice. I highly recommend them both for great products and customer satisfaction.

love the fit, the material and quality, no Walmart shoes here, made our back and heels feel great. Easy on the shoe does xactly what it said it would do will review later for wear.

Buyer BewareI purchased these insoles as new and paid the full price. I received the product in a box that was like 5X bigger than needed. The insoles were in a plastic bag with a label stating, "The original box was damaged. This item had to be re-boxed. Sorry for any inconvenience." The right insole was clearly smaller than the left one because it had been trimmed at the top. These insoles were clearly not new. They had been purchased by someone that had trimmed them, yet The Orthotic Shop was selling them as new. There was no mention that this item had been used. It seems clearly deceptive by the Orthotic Shop to say that the original box was damaged and to try to sell a used item as new. This kind of nonsense takes away confidence in purchasing from online businesses.

I purchased a pair of slippers from this company. When they arrived the right heel was faulty and would slip off of my heel. I called customer service and they said to return them. They are not wanting to reimburse me because they were worn! I tried them on INSIDE ONLY! I complained and they told me to call a phone number of their supervisor. The phone number only allowed messages and they are NOT calling me back. I checked with the BBB and there are numerous complaints very similar to mine!! Beware of dealing with this company!!

I've been a long time customer with this online Shoe Co, I was disappointed how i was treated on the phone by company Representative, the company quality of customer service does not exist, Julia was rude and so unprofessional, did not listen nor did she want to know my concern, Julia only wanted brush my call by saying YUP YUP and with out notice sent to managers voice mail, this was my 2nd call and I've been waiting for a phone call for 2 days.No attempt to try to resolve my issueWill never purchase from this online company again nor will I referrar anyone!!!
