Can't give zero stars. So sad. Horrible experience of my life time going here. You lost a new client because you couldn't take the last 30 minutes of the day to open a brand new account. Good job. Don't ever go here if you want anything done. I drove there to open an account and was told I needed to grab mail from my house to prove where I live. I get back at 5:25 and I asked how long it takes to start a new account. Lady says 30 minutes. I was like perfect we got enough time. The banks manager decides to come over and tell me there isn't enough time. Still being 5:30 and enough time to make the account. Good efforts on trying to help out a new client. You just wanted to get out of the office for your 4 day weekend. Lousy POS and waste of my time.THANKS A WHOLE LOT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Always a friendly staff. Multiple bankers if you need specific things taken care of who really take their time to help you. They have friendly efficient tellers.

I just switched over to PNC and boy am I regretting it. What an unprofessional bank. I work with a lot of different banks and I've never worked with one that in order to come and and do anything beyond a deposit or withdraw you have to have an appointment.But then ... you make an appointment online which is not easy or straightforward at all. I actually made an appointment directly with someone at the branch. 9:30AM.I came into the branch at 9:25AM was seated in the lobby and I sat there for 20 minutes. No one came up and spoke to me no one apologized for the delay I didn't even see the person I was suppose to be meeting. At 9:45AM I proceed to get up and leave. No one said a word to me.If you are looking for a new banking relationship.... I strongly recommend that you seek out a bank other than PNC. Working with them is almost impossible.

Choose a different bank, whatever you do. There was fraud on my account and PNC literally did nothing. I was forced to pay thousands of dollars because scammers. And I received no help from pnc... absolutely heartbreaking for me and my family. Pick a bank that actually cares about you.

I usually do most of my banking online. But a few times I’ve had to stop by physically to a branch. Filomena and Kim helped me on two separate occasions. They were marvelous and friendly. The line usually isn’t long but I felt like people were waiting longer than the average. Still a good experience. Better than my previous PNC branch.

Had a 3:30 appointment to set up a new checking account only to have to wait 20 minutes for someone to be ready. Once I was finally helped the process took 45 minutes. I don’t know what kind of time clock PNC runs on but most normal people do not have this much time to burn just setting up a checking account. I hope this is not a sign of more poor service to come.

I was referred to Deane Maue about possibly restructuring my existing business line of credit. I called Deane on 11-10-20 and was told he would bring it up at the meeting on Thursday and call me back either Thursday afternoon or that Friday 11-13-20. I never received a call so on Tuesday 11-17-20 I called him back and he told me which documents he would need, I prepared those documents plus more I felt could help and dropped them off in person Thursday 11-19-20 and I was told by Deane he would call me the following day (Friday) 11-20-20. Today is 12-10-20 and I have never heard from Deane. I think it's extremely embarrassing to be The VP Branch and Business Center Manager and to twice not call a potential customer back.
