Received a curtesy call from John to make sure I'm still using the storage lot, and if there were any issues. I have been very happy with the access and location of the facility. Nice clean storage units and storage lots. They do care that what ever you are storing there is safe and secure.

John is amazing!! He went above and beyond for us today. I just got a new phone and my apps weren’t downloaded. He checked my id and seen I had a storage unit and gave me the info so I could access my unit! Thank you John you rock!!! I was holding up customers and felt bad about that. Sorry to the car trying to get out and the car behind me trying to get in. He was fast with helping me and made sure I had a unit there.

They locked me out of my storage unit, (Yes, I'm current on my payment) and then haven't answered or returned my phone calls for the last almost 7 hours

They have good customer service but double the rent in one month is making my company move out and not use public storage again. We have been in here for years.

Clean and well kept, security is strong. Price hike ups are untold and will happen almost every month. To top it off, they cut your lock off without notice and put their own on just to have you call them to come put a new lock on. I just wish communication was better and price hikes didn't happen, no one likes hidden fees or random price increase.

Great experience today at the Shelby Township Public Storage. My rate on current unit was to increase substantially. Ron walked me from unit to unit at the Shelby storage lot. As a result, I was able to find an alternative storage unit and avoid price increase. Ron was a true professional. I highly recommend Public Storage at Shelby Township as your experience with Ron will be exceptional.
