This was the first experience I’ve had with this particular store and they were absolutely fantastic. Super friendly staff, especially the gentleman that helped me.

These guys were horrible and so rude. No customer service at all. You had to ask them a million times to bring something and we were the only ones there. We asked to see if they could look and see if they have the boots on the other stores. He was too lazy to do that. I guess they don't care to sell anything. Never going there again!

Red wing boots are great. This store is not. Rude and arrogant is the best way to describe. I don’t usually leave reviews but after seeing other people’s interactions I can see I’m not alone. I’ve bought shoes here in the past but never again. I think the owner needs a class on customer service and how to deal with people.

If it was possible to give less stars I would I came and for a water on a pair of 914 boots after talking to the guys told me he would have them get stitched up and that should work after the boot come back in I asked them to still do the water test and the boot was still leaking now this place telling me the boot lost it’s warranty because re stitching cause leaking now I’m out of $400 and they don’t wanna help me at all for them getting my boots warranty void

Incapable or unwilling to communicate with other stores. Three stars due to good experience at this location two years ago. Attitude / effort today not what it was at that time.

Outstanding product and service! Super knowledgeable and patient staff that take the time to help you find the perfect product that exceeds your needs! By far the most comfortable boots I have ever worn, worth every penny! Cannot say enough great things about this company!!!

Went to the store tried to return boots that I purchased there. Apparently Red Wing offers a 30 day comfort return policy but Irish Setter does not, even though they are the same company. They were not willing to help me with anything not even an exchange for another pair. I WILL not be buying anymore Overpriced Red Wing or Irish Setter boot. And I will try everything I can to make sure everyone I know purchase Brunt.

There’s an older gentleman who claims to be the manager. I came in, hoping he would apply the tough toe on my month old redwing boots, and he was extremely rude. He did not want to help me out in anyway he stated that I should just bring my boots to the original store I bought them from.
And I wish i would’ve because he applied the applicant poorly and my boots look absolutely terrible please do not go to this location the manager doesn’t want to help customers and he was extremely rude the whole time making me feel very uncomfortable
