Peter and the staff have supported Macomb Community College's Occupational Therapy Assistant Program for years by offering a tour and information session on the benefit of the specialized equipment his store has to offer. We bought our zero gravity chair here years ago and the staff was wonderful very knowledgeable and patient with answering our questions . Now years later and 2 big puppies that chewed the cord in half I contacted the store and spoke with Peter the manager who couldn’t have been nicer. They just came to the house and put in a new actuator and it works like a new chair. I can’t recommend this store enough.

Pure Michigan Satisfaction!!! The owner Pete took the time and attention to detail to help me choose the best massage chair for my price range and level of need for my household. Delivery was faster than anticipated. Installation was flawless. Bliss was shortly achieved thereafter. My overall tension upon using the chair multiple times daily has drastically decreased and I am much more relaxed, especially my neck and shoulders. Perfect purchasing experience! Kristina was very knowledgeable and listened to my interests and concerns. She fit me with the right desk chair for my posture. The owner delivered my new chair himself at the time specified and made sure I was familiar with how to operate it. Also made sure that if I had any questions or concerns to call . I was very pleased with service and if I were in need of another chair ibwoild highly recommend his Relax the Baxk store. Also the personal attention from Chris his associate she is very good at helping get exalty what you need and very pleasant to work with.
