Best hair salon ever!! So professional, friendly, and listens to what you want. I was so completely happy with my hair color, cut and style. Highly recommend.
Requested style: I wanted something that gave me some layers not too Oppy, a color that blended with what I already have in the cut that highlighted my face, and it turned out amazing
Stylist: Jenna is absolutely amazing. She listens to what you want and does it. She is very knowledgeable with all hair cuts, styles and colors. Does an amazing job. Highly recommend

Hair color and highlights were great for the first two visits because the hair stylist only colored, highlighted, then trimmed my ends but not my bangs because I was trying to grow out a bit before cutting them. However, on my third visit today, I wanted to show the hair stylist how I wanted my bangs cut, but she decided on her own because she was in a hurry for her next client, and started cut my bangs too short and uneven. I told her to stop show I could show her what I wanted and she told me she was cutting my hair that way. She did not. The she tried to blame me and I should have left my bangs long. What? When I got home and could take a better look at my bangs, there is a big gap on the left side where she cut into my bangs and it is an inch shorter than it should be. My bangs look shredded and ugly. I called the salon to speak to the hair stylist to let her know how horrible my bangs look. No apology. She just blamed me. I told her I spent $140 for I got bangs that will take months to grow out. I told her to cancel my future appointments. Her response to me was that she was going to say the same thing because I can't work with anyone. SHE would not listen to me and it's my fault. If she would have at least apologized; I would even have posted this. I even tipped her $20 because she did a good job on everything else. I should have just walked out. Don't go to Salon Twenty5.
