Would not recomend. The prices on the tags were scribbled over with sharpie, marked up 20+ percent. The woman working the register tried to convince me that stains were "the fashion" of the items. Not a good salvo experience.

Customer service here is horrible! Ana or anyone else doesn't want to help you. Very rude and should be fired.

Employees seemed to give multiple customers a hard time about things prior to me getting in line. I tried to buy something and the tag was marked “2 pc” even though the top half was no where in sight. I really wanted it so I spent about an hour searching the store for it before I even brought it up to the register. I asked to buy it separately and she would not sell it to me. I have never had an issue like this at a salvation army, even when I find items with no tags. It’s likely the second piece has been purchased (without tags) or is lost in a bin somewhere, so I was extremely frustrated that I was not able to get this when it’s something I have been looking for.The last time I was here I used the bathroom and it was disgustingly filthy and had no toilet paper. Two bad experiences in a row at this location unfortunately.

Prices are kind of high for a thrift store. They do have some good items though. Selection is large the store is vast.

Very disappointed in donation drop off. Waited 35min behind 2 cars with a minimum of donations. Used to be easy to drive thru. Gonna call In for pickups from Vietnam veterans association from now on

This Salvation Army at 23 & Van Dyke is a very good one with clothes well organized and always new items coming in. I often find clothes here with the price tags still on. Very spacious with lots of home goods, furniture and more.

I shop at a number of thrift stores, multiple Sal Army included. This particular one has been consistantly over-pricing their non-clothing goods for a long time now. I'm not sure why, because their clothing prices track with other locations pricing? The hard goods I would describe as heavily used and/or dingy products, at "like-new" pricing. As for the clothes, standard Sal Army prices (lots of tanks/undershirts around 2.99, shirts ranging from 2.99 to 8.99, with some outliers above and below) and lots to choose from. Staff are doing their best while clearly being very short-handed, so while there can be a bit of a wait for checkout ect., it's nothing against them.Only other complaint would be that there are only 2 fitting rooms, so there can be a *very* long wait for that, depending entirely on how considerate the other customers choose to be. (Also, standing in place for a long time can cause pain for people with back/knee/other issues, so a few chairs to wait in line by the fitting rooms would go a long way)

Customer service is horrible. I get to the counter with a dress with no tag. The clerk Ana says no tag no sale. She refused to get the manager and said the manager does not want to be bothered with items with no tag. I offered to pay $50, the clerk still refused to sell dress and never got a manager. Will not be coming back. Ever

I come here from time to time and shop, there was a employee named Stephanie I believe she was one of the managers.. I no longer see her there. She was so nice and helpful and ALWAYS had a smile. It's sad to me because I looked forward to chatting with her when I came. Now I see another Manager and she is not very nice ? can someone tell me if she quit or moved to a different store???
