I was referred to this place by a friend and would never give them a dime. The lady who worked there, who I am guessing was the owner was very pompous and off putting. I asked her a few questions about different tiles with very short snippy answers. The straw that broke the camels back was when I told her I wanted to get the tile laid in a Herringbone pattern and she immediately stopped me mid conversation and told me my bathroom was too small for that. I was in shock since she never even knew the dimensions of my project because we never even got that far into the details yet. So she apparently assumed we lived in a 1 bedroom apartment with a 4x6 bathroom. She then proceeded to tell me that herringbone pattern would be an upcharge, when again, I never even asked the price. All I can say is I went right to the tile shop, dealt with an awesome sales person and got everything I wanted for an awesome deal. I would gladly pay double the price, based on principle alone, to not give Sandstone Tile any of my business. Good luck with that attitude, it will come back to haunt you guys.
