I was sent diabetic supplies I never ordered. I was told they listen to the phone call on Sept. 14,2023 saying my meter was broken. I never made that call and my meter is not broken. I now have to refuse delivery which means I have to drive to post office. I think this company is practicing fraudelent business.

My CPAP broke while I was on business travel. I stopped by here to see if I could buy a mask. I'm freaked out because basically they only ship equipment. I had my phone on DND or was driving when you called but a voice mail was always left. I only receive what I need, not anything I do not use or do not need replaced, yet. I am very happy with the service provided by Specialty Medical Equipment.

SO I got a call from Specialty Medical Equipment saying my medicare will pay 100%, no out of pocket expense for diabetic supplies. Well it all went fine until the $54 bill came, and after disputing the bill saying it was supposed to be no out of pocket expense, they tacked on a $15 late fee to my bill.. Calling to cancel it was like pulling teeth with a screw driver to get them to cancel my account. Then another bill arrived, so my no out of pocket supplies has cost well over $130 so far.. Just waiting to see if they actually cancelled my account. AVOID at all cost!

Headgear was too small to fit comfortably... I went back to the Resmed P10 for him mask within 10 minutes the hose sent was not a heated hose and the chin strap was not requested
