I'm honestly not surprised to see the 3 stars. Today I went in searching for something someone else had gotten ahold of 20 minutes prior. This said item wasn't even on the floor yet but my friend had asked an associate who checked the back and found it for them. Upon my arrival I found an associate and did the same thing as my friend except this one scanned the barcode seen it was listed as "out of stock" and refused to check the back all while he had his higher up telling him that they were gone as well. However no one would go check when I desperately was asking and trying to explain that someone was just in and got one . So I ended up asking another associate, who then went and got the SAME higher up to come and tell me that they put the rest out that morning (which was a lie because as mentioned my friend was there 20 mins prior and it was still bagged in the back) long story short. I left and about 15 mins later someone else I know went in, apparently asked the only associate who felt like doing their job today and they went and checked the back and we're able to find it for them. So thanks to your lazy employees I left empty handed when all it would've taken is a little effort from them to check for it. Waste of time, gas and patience.

I got a Threshold comforter today and went home to put it in the wash. There was blood stains all over it. Like literally all over. I went back and said they don't check blankets before putting them on the shelf unless someone says something is wrong with it. Literally so disgusting that they don't check for biohazards on stuff like that.

Get woke, go broke! I will never step foot in your store again with your little book display trashing the president and pushing Marxism/Communism. Shame on you. I will make sure I tell everyone I know to avoid Target like the plague it is.

It's just your basic target. Good for most things but can improve on food and clothes.

I arrived at Target with the intent to purchase items that were launched. A very nice associate helped me because they were not out on the floor. I explained to him why I was buying them and for who and even showed him a thank you from one of the people. As I was walking up to the registers, another associate starts eyeing my basket and turns around and tells me I can't purchase them and there is a limit. I said that "well the associate had given them to me" and shrugged my shoulders and walked towards the registers. In front of two women who were standing by the greeting cards this man...and for anyone who has been in a Target you know how they announce things over their walkie talkies STORE WIDE...a not so flattering description of me. I heard it and was immediately humiliated. I had done nothing wrong. I went to the self-checkout. A woman in target uniform was standing about 5-6 feet behind me. I started to ring in the items. I got to the last one and she walks over, suspends my transaction and tells me I can't purchase them. She tells me there is a "corporate policy" not store...CORPORATE that only two DPCI's per customer. I said it wasn't posted anywhere and I was given the items by an associate. She then removes all but 4 items and begins taking the items out of the bags...yes she let me bag them!! I asked to see the signage that indicates a limit. She said it wasn't posted it was "corporate policy." I asked about the buy 2 get one free sign. I was told she wouldn't honor it. I have a photo...no restrictions...in fact it says ALL of this brand of items and it didn't expire until 3/14. I asked for her full name and employee number as she is walking away with the items I was trying to purchase. She asked why I needed to know that. And at this point, other people in self-checkout were staring. I told her that she has now humiliated me, treated me like a criminal, and I intended to file a complaint. She snidely pointed to her badge and said "My name is Kelsey and that's all you need. I am not giving you my employee number." I have had body issues my entire life, this male associate who telecast my description to every associate and customer in the store made me feel horrible. I called another Target and she told me they only had six of the item I was trying to purchase and they were restricting it to one per customer but said there was a sign up. Shelby and Kelsey had no sign, they wouldn't honor the promotion pricing, and left me humiliated. I will never shop at the Shelby Township, MI store again. I plan to tell every person I know about how I was treated. I reported it to corporate who said someone would call. They haven't. Just shows that apparently to Kelsey and the Shelby Township Target that degrading customers for their lack of planning is acceptable. It isn't. Kelsey you and that guy should both be fired. You don't treat people this way. Be careful future shoppers you might just be body shamed and made a spectacle too!!

Target is always target you can depend on the brand for offering certain items and they are open late. This location is clean, organized and they have a helpful staff. I am not sure I am crazy about the new set up of the stores but that has nothing to do with this location i realize that's a corporate decision. Always a staple!

Great store, very helpful employees to include the Managers. I live close to lakeside location but I will go out of my way just for the service alone. Thanks Chris for your assistance tonight.

This is my regular Target, I'm probably here at least once a week. All The employees are very helpful and friendly, a handful even know all 5 of my kids. The return process here is nearly effortless too, even if you don't have a receipt. Simply give them the card you paid with (assuming you used plastic) and they can quickly look up the purchase. I love that. What I also love about this store is the many clearance end caps. You can really score some awesome deals, especially if it's something you may have a coupon for or can use cartwheel on. I've gotten some things dirt cheap using both, not to mention the fact that Target price matches too. Yes! Find an item somewhere cheaper and just show them at the customer service desk and they will gladly adjust the price. Can't beat that. Plus, they have self check too, talk about a speedy escape if you only have a few item. This Target is always well stocked and always has the sale items available. On the rare occasion that something was sold out, you just need to ask for a raincheck, they will happily provide one. This location also has a Starbucks and if you check your cartwheel app sometimes you can get lucky and find a 25% off coupon for your purchase at this Starbucks. Also, used your red card to save an additional 5%. The bathrooms are always clean and like I said the employees are super friendly and helpful. This is probably my favorite Target in the area. Sad thing is, they no longer have a Cafe, and I'm still sad over it. We always got popcorn and pop/icees when we came here. But not anymore. Target I'm super bummed.

This is one of my favorite Targets. They are always helpful. It is usually quiet around this time. I love looking through the under $5 section. If you ask someone in eletronics for help in toys or clothes, they will assist you the best they can or even get someone else that knows the area better. The same goes for every area. They help look for items in the back for you. Great place to buy gifts. I don't usually buy their food. I love the home section, just like the other target. Really cheap cat litter boxes as well. The store is really clean. There is a Starbucks inside and I love it. The baristas get to know you by name and order. They would ask me things, and I would be surprised that they even remembered. My drink is always perfectZ
