Am tired coming to this location The worst ever location, UPS they really need to close down this location with bad Employee customer service never close on time they are very rude with a customer making their own rules for return Amazon make you buy boxes to return Amazon products which other location you don’t need to do that.

I mailed two packages and put the wrong apartment number. The owner and staff helped me find my packages. They're the best! Always patient, courteous and helpful. Because, of there fantastic service, I only ship from this location and UPS. Thank you for the amazing service!

I'm normally in and out and would like to offer 5 stars, but today I arrived at 630 and the store was already closed. This was never an issue before. If perhaps there was an emergency a notice on the door would have been appreciated, at the least.

I had to ship something out and yesterday was the deadline. The hours stated that they closed at 7:00 pm. I was there at 6:35 pm and the open sign was not on and doors were locked. I had to rush to the next UPS store because they closed at 7:00 pm as well so I can send this package out. Is there something going on at that location that they aren’t staying open until their closing time?

Horrible pricing. I had a package shipped to me for 27.00 and they wanted 72.00 to send it back. They also tried to rip-off a lady in front of me shipping clothing in the un opened packaging, they told her they needed to repackage it. They are crooked here avoid this place.

I remember this cat now. He is/was a lead at the Mound Road store - across from Walmart - he is truly awesome.Super helpful and kind. He helped my aging Mom many times before she passed. She spoke of him with respect.Thank you dude for being so kind to my Mom and to me.Joe D.

$3.00 just to use the copier and then .44 per copy. I will never use UPS Store for copies again.

Called this store, during the busiest time of the day I might add, to see if they could provide any information on my package. I entered the wrong address when I ordered my item so it was marked "undeliverable" . Not only did they provide helpful information, they offered to personally pick up my wrongly addressed package and hold it for me at their store. Very knowledgable, polite and personable people that went above and beyond to help me out. Customer Service is A1!!I would highly recommend this store for all personal things requiring shipping. Thank you so much for all your help! From Ontario Canada!!

FIRST of all, my daughter had an Amazon return (no packaging necessary, UPS will provide). SECOND, the item (a comforter) was in the box it was shipped in. However, it arrived in a vacuum-sealed bag inside the box and that seal has been broken, making it difficult to close the box. She asked for tape to help hold the box closed and the guy would not give her any, nor did he mention they could repackage it. THIRD, he tried to get her to buy a box for $15. Totally unacceptable for UPS. We left and went to a different UPS store. They accepted the return with no problem. I would have given this store zero stars if that was possible.

I was in the store on 3/20/2023 and still can't believe the amount of laziness I witnessed from the young guy working there. I was sending back a package from Amazon that still in the box however the end of the box was open. Instead of him closing up the box he insisted I purchase another box at the cost of $15 to ship this back to Amazon. This item didn't even need to be in a box let alone should I have been told I need to purchase a box. I drove directly to another UPS store.. took the same package to the counter... absolutely no issues. I even offered to help tape it up and they said they would take care of it. I'm not sure what you guys have going on at this store but I strongly suggest you properly train your staff.

Took my Xfinity equipment to be shipped back because I cancelled service. XFinity website says that they cover all charges, including the box to ship it back. UPS guy said Xfinity doesn't cover the box and tried to charge me $9 for a box the size of a shoebox. So I took the equipment to Xfinity store 3 miles further and they said UPS was ripping me off. The Xfinity website clearly states they cover cost of the shipping box!

Horrible service. I used my UPS account to print the shipping label since the UPS store wanted literally double the amount. I had a very heavy and vintage item that was in my family for 50 years and I wanted a professional shipping company to package it. So I brought it to the UPS store, paid their outrageous price of $50 for materials that would cost $10 at Office Deport. I then paid another $8 fee for them to supposedly professional package it. They were supposed to put fragile stickers on it but they didn't have any and said they would write it on. The recipient I sent the stereo to received it with the box all damaged and the corner of the receiver broken! The UPS store also didn't write "fragile" on the box. Something I have kept in mint condition for 50 years worth thousands destroyed all because the store that I paid over $50 to professional package didn't do their job. I called the store, a kid answered and said the owner would call me back. I then get a call back from what sounded like another kid telling me that because I used my UPS account and didn't buy the shipping label from them which cost double, I had to file a claim with UPS and they couldn't assist me. I kept asking questions while on the phone and this UPS employee kept saying I don't know and would go ask someone. I then asked, are you asking the owner. He said "yes". I said the owner was supposed to call me and discuss, let me talk to him. The owner gets on the phone, says all I can do is call the 1-800 UPS number, they can't help me. They wouldn't even attempt to refund me for the $50 in packaging fees they did a horrible job. In addition, no offer of an apology during our conversation. He could care less and just wanted to get off the phone ASAP and have me call 1-800 UPS. This store destroyed my family heirloom after they were paid handsomely to professional package it. They didn't put any fragile stickers on, didn't write it, didn't use a thick enough box and materials and offered no apology. They deserve negative stars.

Every person that works in this store is amazing! They’re helpful and kind. The customer service is outstanding! Because of the service I receive, I now ship all of my packages using UPS and at this store. The owner Nico is wise beyond his years. You can’t go wrong shipping here. Thank you !
