I had such an exceptional experience today at VT nails. Vanessa did my nails. I was able to relax and enjoy the experience. She spent so much time making my nails meticulously the shape I want them to me to get a fresh set because my nails needed to be replaced and took her time. She recommended chrome on top which was a great recommendation. I absolutely love how they turned out. I got right in and didn’t have to wait. She was gentle, kind and very professiona. Highly recommend getting your nails done by Vanessa.

Vanessa’s work speaks for itself! She is so neat, detail oriented and thorough. I always leave overly satisfied with the work I had done on my nails and my pedicures! I have a very physically demanding job and workout consistently and I can go a month before I come back for a fill without any missing nails. Vanessa treats her customers well and makes sure you are getting your moneys worth, I highly recommend if you are looking for a nail tech in the area!

I’ve been to many nail techs over the years, but Vanica is truly one of a kind. Her attention to detail, creativity, and professionalism always leave me beyond impressed. She takes her time to make sure everything is perfect, and it shows in the results. My nails have never looked better or lasted longer. On top of that, she’s so warm and friendly—it’s always a relaxing and enjoyable experience. Highly recommend Vanica if you’re looking for flawless nails and great vibes!

I’ve been following Vanessa 15 years. She has the best salon and gives the best pedicures/manicures in the area. I have tried many others based on convenience and always come back. Clean, courteous, flexible in scheduling or always able to get in as a drop-in. Highly recommend

I recently moved to the area, so this was my first visit to VT Nails. I showed Gina an inspo picture and she was able to make my nails look absolutely gorgeous! They are thinner, shaped better, and look perfect. I am thrilled to have found someone so talented and will definitely continue coming here!! She’s incredible, trust me, you won’t be disappointed!

I had an appointment today at 11:30am. I arrived on time as always. Vanessa started taking off my gel polish, when this self-initialed DIVA walked in and needed a nail repaired. Vanessa explained it would take 30 minutes because the DIVA had chrome on her nails and she would need to redo one entire hand, the DIVA didn't want to wait, she had a rude tone, this is called ENTITLEMENT!! I couldn’t believe that Vanessa stopped my service and begin working on the DIVA for 30min. I asked her what was going on and why would you do this. That was unprofessional and disrespectful to me as a paying client sitting in your chair with an 11:30am appointment. I had to be in Ann Arbor which I was late for, because I didn't leave the salon until 12:50pm. I will never go to this place again The DIVA should have been told to wait her turn because now it was someone else's appointment time and she would be with her when she finished me. If this is how you treat paying customers, you will NEVER get my money every again. It’s like the saying goes, nobody cares until it is happening to them. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE… Oh and to make matter worse, the DIVA said what do I owe you and Vanessa says oh its FREE!!! WOW!!! But she charged me $50 and never once apologized. YOU SUCK VANESSA and SHAME on YOU!!!
