Rita (not sure if Im spelling her name correctly) is phenomenal and so so so helpful! I went in looking for help with skin care and she really knew her stuff and knew exactly what I needed. Can’t thank her enough and I’m so glad for help today anyone who needs help with skin care should ask for Rita Thankyou so much for the amazing service!

The store is clean and nicely stocked. However, the customer service is nonexistent. The employees just standing around, not even acknowledging us. No one asked if I needed help with anything or offer any type of service at all. I felt uncomfortable being there.

Another bad review!! I was there at the end of April and Recently over the weekend my May 20th 2023. This place needs help, rude workers and pushy. Not professional at all! in April 26th, Ashlee a bug eyed, chicken legged woman, a so called manager, was cursing talking with some guy who mopping the floor while the store was open. Very loud! On May 20th, I asked someone for a hair product, and they where trying to push the most expensive item on me. I asked if she works on commission she said no.Then why be so pushy. Your not Sephora , more like walmart, lol. If I want quality make up at a better price, I will go there instead. I like Troy on John R store better anyways, normal people!

Although this is the closest location to where I live I will avoid shopping here again. I walked in this past Saturday (4/29/23), looking for a new product to replace what my usual is now, upgrade you could say. I was greeted at the door by at least a half a dozen random staff members who seemed like they were trying to be helpful. Christina, who deemed herself in charge, asked me a few questions about what I was looking for at the front door. I was barely into the store a few steps and felt like I was being interviewed and to be honest I still wasn’t sure what I was looking for to an extent, so I did my best to answer her questions. She handed me off to a woman named Francesca, who led me over to what in my opinion was the most expensive product on the shelf, quite frankly probably the whole store. I explained to her that although I was looking for a quality product but was not trying to spend that amount of money on such a small amount of product. She then of course got an attitude, which I mean I guess I should have expected. She asked me “then what was I going to spend”. Honestly I hadn’t thought of it but also didn’t think that it would be that much($60+ on a sample size bottle), in which I told her something less than that, at which point she told me that “everything would be $50 & up and that I could go look on the other side of the store.” At that point she had nothing else to say to me and that was it, I was on my own to figure it out. Not one other store employee offered me any kind of help. The other employees in the store were loud and obnoxious with their personal conversations and made me feel uncomfortable, like I had no business or right to be shopping in the store.The only upside to this situation was the one person that did stop me and ask if I was doing ok was a vendor who was visiting the store that day. She was very nice and more than happy to help me with my questions and even a few product suggestions as well. She was also very apologetic about my experience with the two other employee interactions that I had in the visit to the store and felt that the way Christina handled me at the door was not only wrong but also that she hadn’t asked me enough questions to just hand me off to someone the way she did. (She was part of the team that greeted me at the door).To sum it up, would not recommend this store location, I will be going out of my way to either shop at another location or find another company to shop from entirely. Most disappointing part is that I just became an Ultra Rewards member recently, less than a month, so I was excited to be shopping here more.

So thankful for my hair stylist, Jonathan!❤️So skilled in his profession AND customer service! I invest a lot in my hair and want to make sure that my hair stylist cares as much when I am sitting in their chair!!Switched over from the Utica location where I saw Tabitha who was a joke.HIGHLY RECOMMEND Jonathan!!Just make sure to book early so that you get in with him!!

I'm not a makeup person. To be honest, my daily routine consists of moisturizers and lipgloss. That's it for the last 10 years or so. But I find myself at this Ulta location (and others) often. Reason? I have a 13 year old daughter who loves this place. The store is very clean and organized. The employees are plentiful and willing to help. In fact, sometimes you will get 6 employees asking you if you need help while there. Maybe it's a little too much, but at least they aren't short staffed like a lot of places still. The prices are good, and they are consistently running some sale or promotion. The best thing is their rewards program. They are constantly sending coupons to my email. In the last week alone, between my daughter and I, we had 4 coupons to use. One was $3.50 off $15, another was $5 off $10 and 2 coupons for $5 off $20. We used the first 2 coupon and bought $25 worth of products for only $16 and change. Definitely sign up for the rewards program, it worth it. The best thing about Ulta, is that you can try everything before you buy it. They have samples out and disposable applicators for you to try the products before you purchase it. Another great thing, their return policy. Simply keep your receipt. If you're not pleased with a product, after you get it home, return it for your money back. I love a good guarantee like that. The 2 Ulta stores I have been into both get 4 stars from me. And as long as my daughter continues with a makeup routine, I'll continue to shop here with her.

Sarah, the beautiful girl with blonde hair was the literal sweetest person ever!! She helped me with what I needed and more! She deserves a raise of every kind she’s literally amazing!! Ask her and she’s so honest with products and what she thinks would suit you!

I was there on Wednesday December 21, 2002 @t 930. The manager Sara was talking to worker about personal stuff out loud. store was full , Another employee was on here phone acting like she was working. Couldn't get any help. This store is usually dirty, surprisingly the store looked clean, usually products under the shelf's, bathroom usually nasty. .I see other reviewers having the same problem with service.

Everytime I go to ulta I never leave with good products until last week. I spoke with one of the employees (her name is Emily) and she recommended an affordable foundation. the other ulta’s I’ve been to would make me spend $30 on a foundation that doesn’t fit well to my skin. Although the foundation was $9, I tried it on today and it was soooo nice. Really think ulta employees should be honest about their products like Emily was! Such a great worker!

One of my favorite Ulta stores. The manager at this location is absolutely professional and super helpful with a customer service issue regarding my rewards card. I highly recommend this location.

Decided to stop by Ulta and get a few things I was running out of and was rudely asked 4 times in a time span of 5 minutes if I “needed help”. I get it, the floor personnel have to ask and I wasn’t dressed head to toe like I drive a Tesla and own a multi million dollar home (I had housework to do and I refuse to wear dressy clothes and use bleach) but I am most definitely NOT a thief and feel deeply offended that I was accused of being one. This is not the first time this has happened with this store either. I’ll gladly spend my money at Sephora if I’m going to keep being accused of something I’ve never given a reason for.
