I have been a customer for almost 2 years. I have always paid on time and kept my 2 spots I rent clean. I have been passed over on the list for a pull through spot at least once. I called in to prepaid for April rent and was talking to the lady on the phone about the pull through spot I wanted. After paying for my 2 spots and talking about the pull through spots she reluctantly said there was one available. I went in to look at the pull through spot and finalize any paperwork that was needed. My previous 2 spots cost me $125 per month and the pull through was $100. I suspect that was why I was passed over before. Keep in mind I prepaid for April and today is March 31st. I was all ready to move my boat and trailer to my new pull through spot when I asked for my $25 credit to just be put toward May rent. The woman told me she would not credit my account. When I asked why? She told me “I’m doing you a favor.” I normally don’t get upset but I couldn’t believe she was basically going to take my $25 and not credit me. She offered no explanation other than that. I made a comment to her”In what way are you doing me a favor? I’m a paying customer who provides you with a job, are you moving my boat and trailer to the new pull through spot? “She then told me not raise my voice ( I didn’t)She then threatened to call the police on me. I calmly said yes please call the police so I can tell them how you’re stealing my $25 right now. She didn’t call the police probably because she realized what a shyster she was being. In the end she would not give my money back. I told her I would remove my boat and trailer and go somewhere else. I can’t believe a place would treat a consistent paying customer in such a terrible and unnecessary way.

I called to ask a few questions and right off the bat the lady did not sound too happy to answer my call. Then continued to to laugh at me when I asked to get pricing on storage. Then when I told her what I needed she said outside storage only. Which on the website it specifically shows indoor storage. Just from the phone call I will never bring any of my business to this place. Very unprofessional!

Even though I didn't end up renting from them this place is great. Pat is so nice and will go out of her way for you. Really great service with the customer in mind. Spaces are set up well and it had large file ways. Reasonably priced and plenty of security cameras. It's clean and they are constantly upgrading their facilities. Very impressed. The only reason I didn't rent was due to proximity, buts it's not far very close and easy to get to from VanDyke.

Terrible from beginning to end was told we dont want landscape companies here anymore so you basically discriminated against us. You took my security deposit to help fund your greed which I didnt complain about and instead of parting ways happily with a client you cried over a 30 day vacate notice we told you at least 10+ days that's more then adequate and we even took the time to blow the storage lot out for you. Which was nicer then how I received it. Such a shame I wont be returning for any reason. I'm much happier served elsewhere when I need storage from time to time as I often do. You lose a loyal relationship from a client over a few bucks. Your not gonna bully us for our review that's what this site is for positive and negative reviews I see in some of your responses to these actually most of them your rude to the clients review and calling it fraud and all this that in the other. You have to be kidding what customer service. You discriminate.....

I was searching for a good storage facility, and thought this might be it. Every business occasionally receives a bad review. Normally a company takes those bad reviews and trys to turn them into a positive, and id argue that mice can be contolled as i live in the country and my garage and home are not over run with them. Instead, this company got defensive and called other poor reviews frauds. Im likely to be called one as well. Anyways, long story short, i wont be using your services specifically because of your response to negative reviews. If you cant act professionally over some critisizm, i doubt the rest of the facility is very professionaly run.

I wanted to rate it a 4 or 5, because I really do like the place... and the staff is AWESOME, However I did have a fairly severe problem. THERE WAS A TON of mice in the units... I had 2 units there for a LONG time, almost all of contents of one of them had to be thrown away due to mouse damage... (Mouse Feces and I'm assuming Urine) Even though I put traps and repellents in them... Didn't really help. And NO I did not have any food of any kind in the unit. It was kind of a bummer. I was afraid to look in half the boxes because they had holes chewed in them, and some ended up having dead mice in them... Bummer...
