They have also assisted customers who arrived in desperation, such as after misplacing another carrier's package, by personally searching the warehouse to find it. In cases of significant delays, including international shipments, staff have been extremely nice, quickly contacting sorting facilities and looking for packages on the spot, which customers called a lifesaver. We needed a package by a certain time and the staff helped us coordinate so we could meet the UPS Driver where he was at. Both the staff at the facility and the driver, Jeff Payne, were extremely helpful and kind. 5 Stars!!!!
