I came from cvs to this pharmacy and I will never go back!
The owner is amazing, my prescriptions are always ready right away if not I have no more than a 5-10minuets waits.
He is very communicative and he will even bring your prescriptions to you or meet you somewhere if you can’t make it to his office before closing and need your medicine asap and can’t wait! 10/10 reccomend this pharmacy!

Utica Pharmacy is the Best Pharmacy in the local area. The owner is phenomenal. The most amazing ,helpful knowledgeable and kindest pharmacist I have ever met. Forget standing in Long lines and having issues when you pick up your Rx. NO ISSUES here. They are quick filling your Rx and if they don't have your particular brand in they will order it for next day pick up. This pharmacy goes above and beyond to satisfy you. Give Utica Pharmacy a try, guarantee you won't be disappointed.

Do not go to this pharmacy if you are being treated with any type of pain medication. The pharmacist will treat you like a drug seeker and will question the quantity of the prescription your doctor has prescribed; he will express his personal opinion that it's a large quantity in a very judgmental tone without even knowing your medical background and why the medication is appropriate for you. Unlike every other pharmacy that allows you to pick-up your medication at 28 days, he makes you wait a full 30 days and speaks to you in a very condescending manner. I suffer from Lupus, Psoriatic arthritis and fibromyalgia. I am under the care of a Rheumatologist, Primary care physician and a chronic pain doctor. I have been under their care for almost 20 years. My 3rd month of attempting to get my medication filled, the pharmacist called and told me that he was out of my medication and had no idea when he would get any supply restocked. It's bad enough to try to hold a full-time job, take care of my kids and get through the day with these conditions, I don't need to be made to feel like a criminal by a uncompassionate pharmacist who on top of that feels it's appropriate to withhold my medications. Just awful

I never realized how critical it is to have a GREAT pharmacist. This pharmacist takes the time to get to know you and your needs. He takes the time to make sure you understand the medication, its side effect and alternatives (if necessary). When a person needs a lot of medications, it gets confusing, but when you have an outstanding pharmacist like this one, he has your back!

Great local pharmacy. Much better service than your big chain Walgreens/CVS. Pharmacist are kind, and truly do take the time to explain the medication you receive and how to use it or other best practices. I see no reason to go anywhere else for prescriptions.

I went in for a COVID booster and Flu shot. The pharmacist was exceptionally nice.I'm also happy that it's an independent pharmacy. There is a large issue in the USA of mega-chains like CVS using anti-competitive practices that end up costing everyone significantly more. I luckily don't need to visit pharmacies that often, but when possible, I think it's best to support independent ones.

Nice neighborhood pharmacy. The staff are always helpful with questions and pleasant. Prices are very reasonable. A good place to take care of your prescription needs.

I went in for my booster shot at the recommendation of a friend. What a positive experience. EVERYTHING was explained to me, the wait was almost non-existant, and everyone was friendly. There were a steady stream of customers that came through....and each one was happy this pharmacy existed. Plus...the booster doesn't require an appointment. Five star!

What a beautiful little tiny Pharmacy. We were able to go in and get our booster shot within minutes. The pharmacist who did our shot was so sweet he also has given boosters to my family and got the first round for my triplets all settled. I highly recommend this Pharmacy
