The Verizon store on 23 Mile in Shelby Twp. is our favorite location because of Louis N. He is always so knowledgeable, patient, and helpful. He made sure we understood our purchase options and ensured we had everything set up correctly, even as he was juggling other customers. Thank you Louis!

Picked up our new phones at this verizon store. Brandon did an excellent job of moving all our information over to the new phones courteous and very knowledgeable. Had to go back today To clear up some minor problems. Austin was also a tremendous help.hHe Solved all the problems & gave us excellent service. This is the best Verizon store in the county!!
