I HIGHLY suggest you train your pickup and delivery people WAY better. ESPECIALLY the delivery ones!!!!!! I received 2 incorrect items and I tried contacting the department right away to get it fixed while the driver was still possibly out so myself and whoever's order I got could get swapped back, but your people have absolutely NO idea what they're doing!!!! I'm sick of getting the wrong crap!!!! I pay extra for this service for the simple fact that I can't drive. And also, I'm sick and tired of not being able to get through to anyone anytime I need to call. Pick up the damn phones!!!!!!

I took a return back with original packaging and they could find my return online using my credit card.... BUT because their policy is no returns after 90 days, they would not even give a store credit! Be VERY careful when purchasing - as this is super problematic! And ridiculous since i wasn't asking for my money back, would agree to store credit and spending at Walmart. Now.... won't shop here.

I needed to grab something and use the restroom. The frontman -- I don't know what you call the yellow vested individuals who wait at the front -- was walking back to the front of the entrance as i walked in. He was completely rude. He says what he says and I couldn't hear him. I told him I had to use the bathroom and he yells "bathroom is closed but you can get out". He claims the bathrooms are already cleaned and he already got in trouble. I asked why. He says "because people like you like to come in and mess up the bathrooms". I don't know what he means by "people like you" but I know that there wasn't much to gather in terms of differences besides physical features-- and yes, age and race were definitely different here. That was the most belittling experience I ever had and it only last maybe 30 seconds. Didn't care enough for a name but he was an older caucasian male with a height of at least 6'0 hollering at me because of what someone else did. I'll call higher ups in the morning because that's no way to tell someone to leave. honestly, I can't believe i have to bring this up but I have this problem or similar EVERY time the service personnel in question is white. This however was the worst. "People like you", huh?

Store #3487 in Shelby Township MI 48315, was an utter disaster. Aisles un-shopable. Mess everywhere. Clearance not marked. End caps with incorrect prices. Garbage dumped in aisles throughout the store.

Foggy out here tonight. This is one of the calmest Walmart's to shop at. The service needs a little bit work when asking a question. But overall they seem to have everything a family needs.

This Walmart is the best around as far as cleanliness. My issue is that after calling over and over again and no one ever picking up at the service desk. I finally went in and asked the girl in service and she said we turn off the ringer! What???

The upside is the price. The every day low prices. The customer service takes a beating for the price. Some locations can be invasive with their loss prevention and checking receipts more than once before exiting the store. These stores can be messy and there often aren't workers ready to help customers. Of course we all know they essentially make you the cashier and bagger.
