This is a shout out to the above and beyond customer service that I received from Brenda. As usual there was no one at the fabric counter to cut any fabric. I had pressed the button on the counter several times and called the store customer service from my phone. They announced over the speaker system a need for someone to come the the fabric counter. Still no one came. I went to the customer service desk, where I met Brenda. She called several different people to come to the desk and didn't give up til someone finally did come. Thank you Brenda for doing a great job!

This is a very nice store! Amazingly well stocked with a great variety in the grocery section. The Automotive department is great. They are the only ones who were willing to balance my tires and NOT place the weights on the outside of the wheels. Very reasonable too. WAY less than the tire stores.

Does anyone know why the store was evacuated on Sunday(October 13th, 2024)? They made an announcement to evacuate but didn't provide a reason.. that i or anyone i spoke with when it happened could hear them say..

This is for the bakery department. I simply came in on a Thursday to this location to order bday cake for Saturday of this week. Nohad the associate that works in the bakery department(who has also given me stops with ordering previous cakes meaning she has done this before )she mentioned that I can’t order a cake this weekend they are booked out . Which Walmart never turns people away. I called corporate and escalated with them and they confirmed that no they are not supposed to turn away orders. I’m reporting Nohad because she CONSTANTLY never wants to follow through with helping me anytime I order cakes . Every other associate promptly helps me but for some reason she is a problem .

This week's pickup included organic grapes COVERED IN WHITE FUZZY MOLD. The workers aren't even looking at what they are selecting! This used to be my first choice when buying groceries. Now, you can't get any decent produce! Not to mention all the eggs, crackers, and bread that have been totally crushed when loading my car. They put a case of drinks on top of my chips. ?

The ONLY CASHIER working was friendly and kept her cool when a customer was rude to her. She is a credit to your staff. It may relieve some of her stress if more cashiers were open to help.

It's been a long time since I went inside or went to the store. I usually just pick up water. But I found the Red lobster biscuits now you bacon eat. Can't wait to try them?
