On auto pay, but for the second time their auto pay system glitches and dropped us, only this time we ran out of propane. Had been 4.5 hours since we called and still no propane, and wanted to charge an emergency fee in 23 degree weather just to come out.
Not the delivery drivers fault, it is the companies fault.

This place sucks over 2 months and still haven't picked up the tank if it is still here in 1 week it becomes mine they abandon it
