This company used to be a great company until Superior Propane took over. The new customer service is worse than awful. I have tried to reach out about 2 unauthorized deliveries only to be threatened by a rep to have both my tanks removed. Do not use this company.

This company is horrible. So glad I escaped this company. Communication is absolutely horrible. I left their services 2 months ago and they won’t respond to any communications or give me an answer on when they plan to pick up their empty propane tank.

Ever since they sold out, prices aren’t consistent and are through the roof! And once you switch, they take FOREVER to come get their tanks. Start charging them tank rental for it being on your property if it’s taking too long! Do not go with Hopkins propane!
