“Trust the reviews! This post office is extremely friendly and helpful! I had the pleasure of having Craig help me and let me tell you he’s 10/10 awesome! I accidentally sent a package here instead of St Louis MO (oops!) and he went out of his way to help me get it all fixed super quick. My package is now on its way to its actual right destination thanks to him haha. Can’t recommend this location enough, thanks Craig!”

“4-4-23 at the north winds apts here in mt pleasant, a person fell down in an emergency.The post lady was very quick to respond. She called the police as soon as possible. She made sure the person was ok and attended to. Others were there. A very big thanks to them as well.Cool stuff people. Thank you post lady. That was legit five stars.”

“Contrary to the previous reviews, I have never had a bad experience with the Shepherd post office. The people at the counter are very personable and they recognize me by name and possibly box number. They are everything a small town post office should be.”
