Been going there for 30 plus years. As long as they are there, l will go no place else to get my butchering done. They do an excellent job. Hats off to Ben and his staff.

Be honest. Don't say one thing then do another. Provide resolution to issues, follow through with what you say. Don't keep all the prime cuts of beef (tenderloin, Porterhouse, Tbone). Do not overload the burger with so much fat, 1 pound of burger I get 6oz of fat dripping.

Ben and his family are wonderful people. I use to help Ben out during deer season and actually miss it. Ben is good at what he does, just watch out for the talking beef head.....ha ha. Ben knows what I am talking about. So, ask Ben about the talking beef head...it is a fun experience.....ha ha!! Keep up the good work Ben
