“First time there… My tire pressure sensor warning light came on. they diagnosed the problem replace two tires sensors And said the other two sensors were fine. All that was done in a couple hours under $300. these guys were fast efficient and I was very pleased with the work they did.
Two months ago I took my vehicle to LaFontaine Chevy for the same problem… The tire pressure indicator warning light came on. They kept my car for two days charged me almost $500 so they can replace one tire sensor. I won’t be going back to La Fontaine even though I’ve been going there for over 25 years.”
“This shop is superior in every way when it comes to skill, knowledge, and integrity. Derek and his team have always got me up and running again with no issues. I put 5k miles on my truck a month at least and DNR is a critical component in my keeping both of my work trucks operating when they fail. Just today which prompted me to do this review. he made a miracle happen IMO. My trucks front drive shaft blew apart. I was able to limp it to his shop. DNR got me going again like I was in a NASCAR race. just pulling into the pits for repair... and within a small amount of time i was back on the road working again today lmao. THANKS AGAIN DNR CUSTOMS!”

Before I even finish walking through the door, someone pleasantly greeted me asking how they could help, I was then asked to pull right up/in the garage so they can immediately go ahead and start taking a look at my car so they can start completing the job. Zero wait! They were very communicative about their process along the way and how they were going to look if the tires fit and if anything is concerning regarding the fit,etc., for the best possible solution while ensuring no issues currently or down the line, along with being upfront with an incredibly reasonable price that they not only stuck to, but lowered. They got to work and it felt like I was barely waiting five minutes before they came to grab me for an update that I really appreciated - the tires fit, The brakes are a little close to the rim but nothing to be concerned about - it won’t cause issue now or later so, the only issue is the nuts for the other rims won’t fit the other tires rims, but they have the nuts I need for very reasonable price per piece/tire. I said absolutely thank you very much go ahead, and it felt like not even another 10 minutes later they let me know they were completely finished and all good to go - winter tires were on, and they put the all season tires that I drove in with back in my car, exactly as I had brought in the winter tires that they had just put on.
Amazingly reasonable prices, so much so, I almost gave them more on my own accord because I wondered if they lost money on the parts and work they did for me.
I will Absolutely be coming here for anything I need for my car, excellent shop and people!!”
“If I could give them 10 stars I would. I had a great experience with them. Anyone owning a motorhome knows honest, reliable companies are a rarity. I had purchased 6 new Michelin tires in February from a dealer in Mt. Clemens and wanted a front end alignment. Unfortunately I had an extremely hard time finding someone who could do the work. I wound up calling Ford Motor Company Corporate who gave me the names of 4 dealers that could help. After calling all 4 none of them had equipment to do accommodate me. My last call to a Ford dealer in St Clair told me to try calling Great Lakes Tire and retreading in St Clair. I spoke with Chuck the owner for about half an hour discussing my needs and wants. We talked about Super Steer products out of Oregon having aftermarket products that would resolve most of my driving issues. Little did he know I had been doing my own research for months on the issues. Feeling comfortable with our discussion I ordered the Super Steer products he recommended. I told him I would contact him once I received my order witch I did. Unfortunately he was about 6 weeks out before he could get to me. I called back after the six weeks had passed and he told me to drop it off on a Monday about 10 days away. I did as asked however it was Friday evening before I heard back. He said it was in the shop, he drove it put it on the alignment rack looked it over and said I could probably have it back on Monday. I received a call Monday evening stating it was done and explaining all that he did to it and i could pick it up on Tuesday. When I arrived I finally met Chuck and he went over the invoice step by step explaining everything. Another half an hour of conversation. The man couldn't have been nicer. Yes he was behind schedule and I wanted it sooner but the service i did recieve and the information was stellar. His rates are very reasonable and now I wish I would have purchased my tires from him in the first place. I'm shocked at how well the motorhome drives now. Low and behold this evening I get a call after dinner from Chuck wanting to know what I thought about how my motorhome handles and the ride I experienced. How many vendors have you heard from after you've paid the bill and left? I just can't say enough good things about this company and it's owner. Thanks Chuck.”
