“When I was in dire need of help last Friday and Saturday, Woodhams incredible service team came to my rescue. I was traveling from Chicago to Grand Rapids when I experienced major car issues and my car would not start or run. Early Saturday morning, I was able to get right in and giving a prognosis of what was wrong with my car. Even though they had a busy schedule, they fit me in and told me my car would be ready by Tuesday afternoon.Shaun and his team were amazing and got my car fixed and running by Tuesday afternoon. I was able to pick up my car and head back to Chicago by that night.Even though I was just passing through, they treated me like I was a local would be coming in for service all the time. That is the type of service that makes everyone feel important. I would highly recommend Don Woodhams Ford to anyone”

“I don't think I'll ever be able to express the gratitude I have for Walt Sicard Car Company. We were traveling to Michigain from Kentucky and the alternator went out on my truck. We were a mere 10 minutes from our destination stranded on the side of the road. Walt answered the phone when I was calling auto shops and told me he would call me back. 5 minutes later he had the number for a wrecker service and said he had a rental for me. He made time for us at his shop and got my truck back on the road. Jeff and everyone at the service department mad this would be nightmare a breeze to handle. Family owned and operated for over 40 years, it's a warm ,knowledgeable and friendly atmosphere . I haven't met 1 employee here that I haven't genuinely liked, from the owner Rusty who really cares about his customers wants and needs and will actually take the time to listen. Kyle the finance manager is very knowledgeable about products and services and will help you out anyway he can. The sales staff, James and Regan are some of the friendliest people I have ever met. Cris Kern the service manager really has things together, neat,clean and organized, I have watched Cris run his service department and he does a fantastic job. Jack is one of the lead technicians in the service department and I was amazed after talking to him ,Jack really does have extensive knowledge in vehicle repairs and procedures and it's obvious Jack takes a lot of pride in taking care of customers vehicles. There aren't to many businesses left that actually care about the customer before and after the service or sale but this is definitely one of them.”

“I have used Randy's shop since I moved to South Haven 15+ years ago. I started using him because I now drive high-end imports and don't have a lift, they run close to the ground, and don't have room like the old muscle cars.Only charging $15 for my oil changes, when I bring in the supplies, is totally worth it! One time the seal on the filter I brought in was lop sided. They still fixed it with no charge, even when I purchased the filter through Auto Zone. There are numerous reviews attacking his attitude towards customers. I've only seen him as a pleasant person to interact with. Like everyone, people can have stressful days. Maybe these individuals came across rude or there was some communication issues during their discussions. Be sure to pet their mascot beagle which greets everyone. I try to bring her treats on my visits. All of the employees seem pleasant and professional also.”

Not only did Romes have my tires in stock (the only place in miles that did), he and the team were so fast and got four new tires on my car in less than 45 minutes. The price was reasonable, service was friendly and speedy, and Romes made a small crisis so much better.While we were waiting for our tires, there was another person waiting for her car to be serviced.
