“Thank goodness for Craig and his coworkers at OReilly's! We got great service! We needed a battery for a 2007 Pontiac Grand Prix GTP. Apparently, it is hard to find in stock. After losing out at a couple different auto parts stores, we were referred to Oreilly's on Blue Star Highway. Not only did they have the right battery, they helped install it. Yes, that is a standard service that they offer. But let me set the scene, I had my two little grandbabies with me and it was raining hard, and the toddler was cranky and loud crying. Additionally, there are aftermarket parts under the hood that made it more challenging to even get to the battery. But Craig and his team-mates had us covered. He got soaked and got it done in under 20 minutes. The price was decent. No one wants to pay $200 for a battery, but it was $396 at my regular Autozone (and they didn't have it in stock), so I felt like I got a bargain. I heartily recommend OReilly's in South Haven. Good people doing good work. Many thanks to them.”
