My battery went dead. I went up to the parts store to have them to test it. He said the battery was dead, don't know if I can trust him with his lazy behavior. So he asked if I wanted to buy a battery and he said he wouldn't install it though because there's a bar over the top of the battery. It's literally just a bar barely across the lower corner of the battery. And he was too lazy to take it off. He told me I can go to Muffler Man and have them to install it for me. Oh no sir, free installation for batteries. It's not difficult to get to. But you do have to have a ratchet to get that bar off. I didn't have one. And I needed to get a battery. But they won't get a dime of my money ever again. I've never seen anybody act lazy in an auto parts store especially in O'Reilly's. Like if you don't want to work, then quit your job. There are plenty of people with better attitudes who actually want to work.

Pretty decent service everyone is very helpful. Although the prices are a little on the high end I have been able to do price matching, which has helped save some money.
