After taking my car in for an oil change I was told how difficult it was to get on my car. The next week my wife drove the car to WI for work and after the car started to overheat realized there was no oil left in the engine. She took the car to a local shop and they told her the oil filter was not on all the way. I payed for them to tighten the oil filter and refill with more oil. The car rarely goes farther than the grocery store runs after that trip. So he first winter storm hits and I have to drive to an appointment and when I start the car and back up there is a huge pool of oil under my car. I pull forward and call to cancel my appointment i'd waited months to have.
I took the car to an actual shop and after inspection they stated the oil filter still had a piece of the wrapper on it and wouldn't seal. So more oil and a new filter and it isn't dripping or leaking anymore.
I will not take my vehicle back to this location and will not recommend it to anyone. Not removing the wrapper completely and having the oil drain completely from the engine twice has no doubt caused damage to the engine and luckily the engine did not seize!

I am new to the area & needed an oil change. My husband suggested I just go to Walmart because we don't know anything about the area. Standing in a lane at Walmart I decided to google other options. Performance Plus was only 6 mins away so I walked out & drove over. That was the best decision I made this week!! Great service! Great price! Skip the line & drive right up & out in 15 mins.
