South Haven City Hall is the location for Assessing, Building, Economic, and Utility Billing services for the city. City hall also contains the offices for the City Manager, City Clerk, and other municipal department heads. City Hall houses the city's Council Chambers, where public meetings are held and broadcast.

Spent 2 week trying to get a parking violation paid, being transferred from person to person and each one passing it off as someone else's problem becoming more and more rude. The whole system they have its awful and to top it off with incredibly rude employees makes the entire situation unbearable.

When their parking meters malfunction they'll ticket you. Got to pay for parking and a parking ticket. Local government is the best.

The clerk who waited on us was very nice and professional too. She's been with the company for 31 years.
