Stopped by strength haven while in town visiting, and loved it. There’s a wide variety of machines and equipment, and I was able to do all the exercises I like to do in my routine. The gym is very clean, air conditioned, and quiet. All around a pleasant experience, would make this my regular gym if I lived here!

Fantastic body building gym to visit while on vacation. Clean space with respectful folk and plenty of equipment to hit whatever you need!

Hit this spot for a two day pass while visiting from Chicago. Great space for chasing a pump. Nice range of cardio equipment, hammer strength machines, and free weights. Staff was welcoming and this has to be one of the if not the cleanest gyms I’ve worked out in. If you live in town or visiting this is the spot.

Got a day pass and had a great experience. Natalie was so kind and professional and the gym was clean and well kept! If I lived here I would be a regular!

Great workout! Got the day pass since I was in town for vacation. Plenty of equipment and clean, including the bathroom (just a 1-person, with shower). Staff was friendly and members were courteous. Would definitely go again!
