“I visited U-Haul with the intention of figuring out what I needed to for my bike rack to work with my hitch. Darnell went above and beyond to help me find a solution. I ultimately didn't end up needing anything from U-Haul, which is why I found Darnell's customer service especially impressive. Thank you for your help!”
