I went to walgreens in South Haven,Mi to mail a package at FedEx, shipping label was on my I pad.Jordon and his co-worker Geno was so helpful,showed me how to retrieve the label.I will go there again.They spent the time to help me,and they were very friendly.I will definitely give them 5 stars.

Jordan was so kind to offer to take out my granddaughters splinter!!! I could tell right away he had a knack for medicine/healing ..20 minutes later the splinter was out!!!Thsnk you Walgreens for hiring Jordan! He was great!

I just had the pleasure of speaking with Crystal!! She was so amazing!!! I'm over here barely able to move and she was not only able to answer all my questions but save me some money on my scripts!!! Not all heros wear capes, some just work at Walgreens!!! Thank you Crystal!!!

They made a mistake on my nebulizer medication after telling me it was ready to pick up. Lost my insurance and they knew this that’s why I was filling my meds. To be told now because they put in quantity wrong I have to pay for it which it’s in the hundreds. Would not recommend this pharmacy to my worst enemy.

Best place to return packages they are so nice and helpful even if it isn’t supposed to go through them they will offer you take and print your label unlike the post office or UPS who sell it for extra money, aren’t friendly, nice or helpful. Love the ladies that help me each time!

Terrible service. They don't carry half the medications ppl need and can't get..I wouldn't call them a pharmacy..you have netter luck getting your zoloft from a corner drug dealer

Had prescription transferred cause pharmacy didn't have. Once there the thing ( female ) said it wasn't transferred there and was very rude about it. That's ok... u need to go back where you came from...I'm done with this pharmacy. Never did get the prescipt

I scheduled an appointment for a rapid COVID test. Being uninsured, I specifically scheduled an appointment for uninsured COVID testing.When I arrived at the pharmacy, the pharmacist, Brian P., said this Walgreens location does not offer free tests to uninsured individuals. I was told I would have to pay the full price of $128.99.This experience was extremely upsetting, especially since I was not feeling well and had made the effort to schedule an appointment online.I called customer relations and they filed a case against Brian.I hope future customers do not have this same experience.
