They’re great at selling insurance, that’s all they do. If God forbid you have a claim. They’re not there to help. Can’t even talk to the agent, the gatekeeper is rude. AAA was the best, now they are the worst. We had a vehicle stolen in Miami, they won’t cover the contents in the vehicle. Have a lawyer read the policy. They fight everything and your agent isn’t there for you. We feel like we’ve been robbed twice. Then they treat us like the criminal

Absolutely fantastic! When there was a recent problem with my policy, the initial service I got from AAA was so abysmal I was about to switch to a different insurance company, but the Schwegler Agency changed my mind! I recently had the pleasure of dealing with a very knowledgeable agent of AAA regarding auto and home owners insurance. The agent's name is Brian Morphew. I had received a letter from him offering me a quote on my auto and homeowners insurances. It was time well spent because I am able to insure with a company I trust and one that has an excellent reputation. My goal was lowering my yearly costs and remaining within my budget. Brian was able to provide me with my same coverages, at a savings to me. I can honestly say I will recommend him and his agency to my friends and relatives.
