I went to the South Lyon location looking for assistance with a new phone and plan. Andrew helped me with both, explaining everything with patience and kindness. A few days later my new phone arrive and Erica configured my new phone, spending a lot of time with me. She is very kind, patient and pleasant!! I also met George, a very sweet young man who assisted me as well. I can't say enough about the excellent customer service at this location. I would highly recommend them. I'm a senior citizen and needed much help, lol.

Walked in just two days ago and am very impressed! Waited two days to recieve 4 new galaxies and Karley, Andrew and Erica were so helpful. They all went above and beyond to make the switch from metro to T mobile as smooth as possible.

Erica was awesome added a 4th line and there was issues day or 2 later. Called her up explained issues and within a couple hrs she fixed it. Great service hands down. And .... and she is great to look at. Thank you hun for being on top of it

Dishonest. This location will bait & switch you. I was told that I could reduce my bill to $25 per line by adding one more line. I was told that I could add that line to a new Apple watch and that there was a deal going on for a new Apple watch at $1 per month. One month later, I come to find out that my bill has increased by over $50 and there were multiple other charges regarding the watch. I went back to this location to ask what happened and was told that the watch was not eligible for that particular deal, they would not refund the added expenses that I was never told about, and that I would have to go to a completely different office (unrelated to this one) to dispute the charges. Near criminal in how I was treated.

Walked in, the store Associates are very welcoming and awesome, I worked with Andrew and he was very patient and helped me through all the hurdles and made my experience very seamless, he is very knowledgeable and knows how to help the customer. Very satisfied and definitely will come back.

I would like to give a better review because the sales persons were very nice however their service is not commendable. This is the second phone I have purchased from this store and the second time I was charged for insurance (Protect Advantage) and upgrade (Next Up Anytime) fees that I never authorized and was never explained about. The first time I excused as a possible mistake, however, this is now the second time, so I believe this was intentional and I believe is a deceptive practice to enhance their sales on customers who may not be paying attention to their charges. When I returned to the store, I was told I had to call AT&T to make the corrections. I spent over 25 minutes on hold and another 15 minutes with a representative to correct the issue. Buyer beware when shopping at this store.

I would love to give 5 stars because the people here have wonderful personalities but while transferring my old data they must have only downloaded what was on the cloud because I lost all my pictures and files in my storage. 13 years gone.
