Walked in to pay my car payment with cash and was told they couldn't help me. They told me if I had a check they could process my payment. Im moving my loan to Vibe. I cant believe a bank, couldn't take cash money.

Do not use the ATM at this location. It has taken my cash TWICE and not deposited it and it results in this entire ordeal filing a claim with Chase and waiting for it to be processed.

People are friendly here, just know it's not a full service location. So you have to use an ATM to deposit money and whatnot

No bank teller service here. Kind of pointless of having a large bank building with Little services offered here. It’s just indoor ATMs. And a couple people that might help you with mortgage stuff or loans. Chase would do better if they actually had a full bank teller service here because there aren’t as many chases around this area. Might have to switch banks at this point because this is too far away for me.

They should just close this branch. They're never open, and don't even have tellers when they are open.

Just terrific! Opened checking account for my mom who is a refugee from Ukraine. Those guys at this bank were so supportive! The great service ever!!!

Pointless bank has a cashless system. Charges ten dollars to cash a check wrote from a Chase account but you can't actually cash it at this location anyway. Kinda pointless and should just close if a bank isn't able to have more than an atm system there isn't much reason for it to be more than just an atm.
