Terrible pharmacy! With rite aid closing all my scripts were moved to this CVS. For a week they tried to say my Docs DEA was not approved. I moved all of my scripts to a Costco and had everything within 4 hours. CVS is terrible!

Every month there is an issue.The lady at the pharmacy ALWAYS has a bad attitude. Check your prescriptions before you leave!! I take a narcotic and picked up my prescription ONLY TO FIND HALF OF THEM. I went back of course and all she said was" oh let me check, oh sorry" like really? I would have been out of luck for over half the month due to her "mistake" but was it really a mistake? Doubtful. She gives me attitude every single month. They send out ready for pick up but a day or 2 after it was scheduled for pick up. I think I'll find a new pharmacy., MANDANA OZBEKI. Is the name on my prescription. Do better CVS .

This is the best CVS in South Lyon. The Pharmacy employees care about their customers. My previous CVS in South Lyon that I used for over 30 years became too busy for personal contact in the store and long wait at drive thru. Prescription hold ups due to shortage of medication.

I was in yesterday getting prescriptions filled for my Dad and picking up a few items for him...it was a really long day and I needed a bag of ice, I noticed that their cooler was empty and asked if they were out of ice. A wonderful gal named Lexi offered to check in the back and she went and got a bag of ice for me! Saved me an extra trip and I couldn't be more grateful!! great employee!!!

Staff is not friendly or helpful. She couldn’t smile or ask if she could help me. I asked to transfer my prescriptions and I was told next time to call instead. I was their only customer. Terrible customer service.

If I could give zero stars I would. For the second time in less than 6 months the pharmacist has input the wrong date into the system and not refilled my child's perception. Now, they don't have the medication, won't look in their system to see what CVS has it and didn't care or seem concerned about their mistake. Would not recommend this pharmacy to anyone.

Today the pharmacist simply hung up the phone on me after I asked his name. He refused to provide me with his name which I totally have the right to know. I just wanted to be able to cross check information he provided me over the phone tomorrow when I call back to follow up on my prescription. He accused me of giving him attitude and said he is not going to fill in my prescriptions ever more. I have been a client for 4 years but I will definitely never step in that pharmacy anymore. Rude, disrespectful and not professional pharmacist.

Went to fill a prescription and was told 'she didn't feel comfortable filling it".... I guess a pharmacist here can just choose to ignore doctors and go with their "feelings'. Avoid this place if you value your health. Listen to your doctors not CVS.
