Will not let me get my money out in a reasonable time frame. I tried to order cash on Monday for a transaction on Friday the same week. I was told they cannot get my money until the folowing week because of policy. This unacceptable, it is my money after all.

I absolutely love Huntington Bank, South Lyon! I own a small business, so it’s important that everything runs smoothly, especially with banking. I know that when I go there, I can trust that I am getting the help I need. They always go above and beyond to ensure my business and personal banking needs are met. Ashley and the gang are always so welcoming, kind and very helpful!

Previously Had to do an international wire. Took 3 tires to get it right. This time, came in again yesterday without an appointment, waited over a half hour only to then be told that the personal another appointment and couldn't help. Made an appointment for 1pm on Friday. Arrive 5 minutes early. Waited over 20 minutes again. Service is not good.

We just opened a checking and savings account at Huntington Bank in South Lyon. I chose Sooth Lyon because of its location, I will stay because of the courteous staff, the bank options, and the professionalism of the employees. I am really impressed!

There's never anyone available. You need an appointment for the simplest things. Huntington bank has a crummy app. I couldn't find anywhere on the app or website to make an appointment and she told me I would have to wait through the teller line to make an appointment. She was pretty snarky when she told me this. I'll go elsewhere.

This is the slowest branch on the planet! They are unfriendly. They are always messing things up putting money in the wrong accounts and just generally not knowing what to do.

The bank manager, Ashley, is excellent! She knows her customers, their businesses, and how to provide solutions for all of them! She even found a product that I hadn’t even considered and is helping us through the process - which I really appreciate! I’ve been doing our banking with Huntington for years now, and plan to keep it that way!!

This branch will steal your money. They do not keep your money safe. I have never been there and they took $150 out of my account and haven’t returned it. Banks are supposed to keep your money safe. They gave my money away. They stole it from me. Stay away

Lajde was absolutely amazing, she helped my wife and I with all of our problems. We came into the branch alittle late without an appointment but she made sure to help us and took her time explaining everything as well. This is easily my go-to branch in the area.

I've been with Huntington for years and they're not bad overall in fact most are nice, however since the mask policies have been enforced some of them have been rude in theirapproach to telling people to put the mask over your nose. My issue is not to blame them for following mandates , it's the rudeness of how they say it, very harsh as if you're 10 years old, and all I'm trying to do is pull it down so I can feel good about speaking without the mask fogging up my glasses and making it difficult to do banking. Sara is the worst and Mike is a close second at their lack of patience. Another point is if they're protected with a pane of glass and a mask they're just fine.
