I asked for my hair to be cut right above the shoulders… not 4 inches above them. Have to go get extensions so my engagement pictures aren’t ruined now. Thanks for wasting my money and time and actually costing me more money in the long run. Going back to Douglas J teaching school, at least they didn’t cut off too much.

I am so glad I found Teresa! She was honestly a miracle worker on my color correction. I had previously used someone for the first time since moving to the area and they totally messed up my hair... but Teresa found a way to fix it and it turned out WAY better than I ever expected it could have. She made sure I was completely satisfied before I left and went above and beyond during my appointment. I will continue to use her from now on!

I’ve been going to Jacqueline for a couple of years now & she does a great job. I’m pretty picky about my blonde highlights and she’s spot on every time. My daughter started going to her recently and says it’s the best haircut she’s ever gotten.

I see the stylist Jacqueline at Salon 104. I've seen her for 20+ years and she always manages to make my cut and color fabulous! She is super professional and it shows through her work. My highlights always look wonderful and so do my hair cuts. I always feel heard on what I'm wanting and love how my hair turns out. Not to mention Salon 104 is beautiful and tidy. I highly suggest seeing Jacqueline for any of your hair care needs!!!

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Aimee 3 years ago. The results were nothing like what I had asked for, and I was shocked by how my hair turned out.
Feeling frustrated and sad, I decided to leave. Aimee informed me that I would only be charged for the product used, but the amount she quoted was surprisingly high for just the product.
I highly do not recommend Aimee. Not only does she lack the skills to deliver quality results, but her approach to charging clients also not right. I decided to leave this review three years later because the same situation just happened with my friend who also used her services.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from stylist Aimee Lauscher at the salon. Despite being her client for over two years and spending over $3000, I found her work to be inconsistent and unsatisfactory. When I raised my concerns after my last appointment, she refused to rectify her mistakes, leaving me feeling undervalued as a client. She wanted me to pay extra for fixing her mistakes. I cannot recommend her services based on my experience. I now have to find someone else to correct the poor work she has done.

My hair service from Jacqueline recently was excellent ! She is a gifted stylist in regards to choosing rich color with subtle highlights and cutting long layers just right ! Also the salon is very cozy with biscotti and beverage of choice to snack on while hair color is setting .Services: Hair coloring

This was my first experience at Salon 104. Jacqueline did a beautiful job of listening to my wants and needs and delivering more then I every could have wished for. I have never felt more beautiful! I now have the hair I have always wanted but never thought I could have. It was a wonderful experience.
