I brought my vehicle in for a check engine light and power window not working. Service advisor said I had metal in engine oil and that I need new engine. I stopped by to check on my vehicle as the engine was being replaced and found it left up on the hoist, improperly lifted and damaged. Advisor claimed the damage was due to the body being weakened from age (it's a 2015), which is a blatant lie. Mechanic Mike Holmes had lifted my vehicle by the pinch welds of the body rather than the factory lift points on the subframe and rear axle and left it on the hoist with obvious and significant damage (see pics). They charged me $500 for a power window switch. They pad-slapped my brakes and told me if I want the rotors changed it'll be another $1,000 to get my old rotors off. I requested Joe Mazur contact me but he refused. I now have serious doubts that I even needed a new engine in the first place. They ended up making a claim on their shopkeeper's insurance to repair the body damage.

I have never seen such a beautiful auto shop in my life, the write up man Dave is such a nice guy,The owner Howard gave me a update on my car immediately, everyone is dressed for success, took my car in at my appointment time,had it done earlier than I expected, I was a fan of the car dealership, not anymore, I found a new auto care in town, shuttle service, loaner car, what else could you ask for,what a amazing experience, would highly recommend, thanks guys!

Terrible. Put in a faulty radiator, which in turn took out 2 transmissions. Faulty radiator confirmed by dealership master mechanic. Mazers took no culpability and did not make good on their 3 year warranty with the radiator. Telephone calls recorded with lies. Incredibly costly. Owner never returned phone calls.

Every time I go in to Mazurs, I wait for my car. They explain everything that they do to my car they take pictures. They asked me if I want coffee or snacks. Everyone is fantastic!

I have had a lot of work done at the Mazur’s in South Lyon, and every time things go very well. It’s nice to have a place to go where you can trust the people who work there. Troy always makes sure anything that is due for repair or maintenance gets taken care of, and makes sure I know what is happening. The free loaner option that they offer is also very generous. OIt helps a lot. Their new parking lot looks great as well.

Brought my mom's car in for some maintenance.We usually took our cars to the dealers for this but we thought we would give them a try and i'm glad we did. Everyone was very friendly and professional. Well definitely use again.

I have been going to Mazur's automotive since it opened. Being a South Lyon resident it's awesome to be able to take your car in for any repair and receive honest, friendly and professional help with regards to fixing your car! They always periodically text me and ask if my car is running good or if I need anything. That's great customer service! They will pick me up or drive me home and yet I can totally walk there from where I live. Great friendly hometown service for any vehicle! I highly recommend trying them out if you haven't already been there!
