Great selection, good people. Just don't expect it to be quick. I've been next in line for 10 mins watching one guy walk away asking the other cashier if they were ok, they obviously were not ok. One lady watches while another rings people up I'm not sure what that's all about. I thought maybe training but she's not being taught anything just folding up clothes. Other then that it's great for deals and usually worth the wait if you have the time.

Terrible service and management place needs to be shut down they get donations and are almost selling it for the price its in teh store for. Kinda ridiculous if u ask me

They had lots of cool items in here and really good prices. However, you must request a bag and when I did, the attendant did not put the items in my bag for me. Also, they will soon no longer be providing bags and so plan on having something to bring bag. Service was not great but they had a large selection of items.

I honestly believe the work that The Salvation Army Family Store & Donation Center is doing is absolutely inspirational and incredible. I really love what they are doing here! Keep it up!

They do not stay open late any longer. No daily specials any longer. One of the employees (older, heavy set, reddish bushy short hair) there talks to you like you're a pain in the A for being there. She is like this EVERY TIME. She should be nicer.

Its a big store with a lot of nice, although slightly overpriced (imo) decor and home goods. There were tons of jeans, which I was excited about, until my significant other told me the dressing rooms were closed. We live an hour+ away and therefore would not be likely to return anytime soon if they did not fit so I was irritated that I spent at least half an hour picking out jeans I couldn't try on. They said they didn't have enough help to run the dressing rooms but there were at least 4 people working. I suppose we can't be trusted to count our own items? Either way , its unlikely I would return.

They lost a customer today. Went there to get some workout clothing. Picked up several pairs of workout pants and went to find the fitting room. The fitting rooms were locked. When I asked about them I was informed that I have to buy them and bring them back within 2 days and than I get a store credit! The prices are not even that great and now I can't even try stuff on? So I placed all the cloths back on the rack and left. Sorry I dropped off of bags of clothing and toys at the donation center. Time to find a new donation group. Note: found same workout pants at Walmart. Was able to try them on, have them as new and it was $1.98 more!

Purchased a toy and tried to return with receipt the next day since many pieces were dirty. Manager refused to give store credit. $23.99 wasted.Attitude with girl at register telling me I'm early by 3 minutes. Bad attitude since she couldn't drink her coffee. I waited, told her I wasn't trying to rush her. I sat on couch until she was openbut she was not ready until 9 minutes after store opening.I go there all the time but never again. No mercy shown. Interesting word...." mercy" for a Salvation Army no less.They now will lose $100.00 per month from my family.Sad.

Wow. I donated a bag of items today and because I removed it from my vehicle, I was very rudely told by the employee to "wait my turn". That is exactly what I was doing. (?) Learn some manners!

Cashier was harsh talking. Seriously asked me to push everything down the counter instead of talking literally one step herself and grab it and ring up.
