I like to get gas at Speedway but this particular gas station has trouble with their card readers way, way too often. Many times I have to go to a different gas station because they can't keep their card readers operating.

Girl that works at cafe was in the worse mood and didn't appreciate being talked to that way. She usually forgets to make half my food because she doesn't read the ticket then gets mad when u say that u ordered more food. This was first time she made the whole order and when I asked for a bag she lied and said she didn't have any. I don't think I'm going to go there anymore for anything.

Lady just told me if I use a 100 dollar bill again she's giving me change back in 1s. I rarely go to this gas station and I never, ever gave her a $100 bill before. This is totally uncalled for to threaten to punish a customer due to their bill size? I had no control of what was in my pocket at the time. Last I checked I can't fill my truck for a $100, but she can't accept a $100 bill of in purchasing an item in the store. It's the most asinine thing i've heard. It was 3 in the afternoon on a Tuesday in south Lyon not midnight Detroit.

Lady at the counter was extremely rude because I had to pay with a $100 bill and made a scene embarrassing me. Not all atm's give an option to choose bills. You are a 24 hour gas station convenience store and should be able to accommodate.

Honestly I didn’t think I’d still be using speedway after learning of the 7/11 merger, but I made it longer then I thought. However the crass and rudeness of the employees and management now is intolerable. Snarky rude comments, if they say anything at all. No care for their jobs or coworkers and least of all customers. A friend of mine brought it to my attention a couple months ago and as hard as I tried to ignore it and just get my goods and gas and be on my way. I wouldn’t step foot in that store again, even if it meant spending more money somewhere else or driving out of the way and running out of gas there’s still not a chance in hell I’d give a penny of my money or a second of my time to be in the vicinity of such awful creatures that work and run that store just cashed out remainder of my speedy points and canceled my cards and accounts. 13 years living in this town and have never seen that place so poorly managed

Everybody that works there is very friendly but have noticed the store has gone down hill. Store is dirty especially where the fountain drinks are. I did tell the lady and she didn't seem to care.
