I waited over an hour in the store without one of the three associates asking me why I came into the store and how long my wait would be. Plus they have very few seats for customers.

Went in for a new upgrade highly disappointed with lack of knowledge and experience. Also employees didn't want to take the time to help us so we had to call customer care and spend 2 hours on the phone when it could of been handled in the store faster.

I went in late, to see what offers were available on new iPads. Hector and Julius took time with me to get me the right product and the right plan... They even looked at my bill, pointed out some things I could change to maintain the same service and lower my monthly payment! Thanks a lot!

Had the most amazing service at the store. Both Dhane and Johnny helped me set up my new phone. They dedicated hours to my phone and even stayed 1.5 hours after close to help me. They also gave detailed information about my new phone and helped me better understand my bill. They were incredibly patient and kind.

The people try to do as well as they can but even though they have multiple people working you always have to wait for them to do so. Even if there are more employees than customers, somehow they just can't get around to helping you. Plan to spend 3-4x as long here as you expect.

Waited two hours for them to deal with the same two people. Didn’t even check in with once besides when we first walked in. More upset with myself for waiting as long as I did. Had to go to the Brighton store to get any service. Unreal.

I think T- mobile is the worst cell phone provider there is. Constantly dropping calls, sometimes I have no phone or internet service for 30-60 minutes , always loosing internet.. there is not one good thing I can say. I hate it the only reason I'm not back to Verizon already is becouse my phone bill is paid by my company.. but T- mobile is so bad I'm going to pay my own phone bill and go back to Verizon.. now that's bad ... if u own a business defiantly stay away from T- mobile, your business will fail relying on them ...I've lost few jobs becouse of dropped calls ..

Worst experience with rep's in this store. They did not came to us eventhough we waited for 30 mins. When I went and asked one of rep, His response was rude, He said he will be available after 30 mins,I don't think he is busy with other work .They never approached/ greeted us while we are in store, But when we decided to go home as they are not willing to help, He said have a nice day, This clearly shows he intentionally did not helped us, worst ever T mobile store, I would n't recommend anyone going to this store.

The staff here is always very helpful. Dhane helped us this time and even stayed late helping us AND checked in the next day to check up on an issue we were having getting another line added.

The only reason I give it three stars is because T-Mobile in general is usually a pretty good. The sales rep was unsure how to handle my situation almost costing me my discount. I had to call myself and straighten things out he couldn't do it himself for some reason. He also sold me a case telling me he had it to my account after asking him I was told the case for $60 he neglected to tell me it would cost me a hundred making payments, I would have bought it outright had he told me that. I can't remember his name but he's a bigger guy with a shaved head or close to it I'm pretty sure also a beard.
