I would not recommend this store to any one. At 75 years old I feel they took vantage of my age and sold me stuff I did not need. All I wanted was a new updated phone. They said I needed a router and with a router came with a new phone line. All I wanted was a new phone Vicra said to bring it back in a few days. and they would give me a shipper label to mail it back to store .I said just put it back on the shelf where you got it from. can't do that !! So now I fighting with Verizon and Vicra about this router cost which not been removed from my bill .

Christian was great! We came in to assess options to lower our bill and explore getting new devices. He was able to explain our options; helped us understand why our bill went up in the first place and ultimately painlessly help us transfer over to new devices. Great service!

Shoutout to Christian! He was super helpful with our situation. We had a hard situation with transferring my number to a different account and trying to get a good deal, and he made everything work out. He was very knowledgeable about everything and was clear about it all. It was nice also getting his card after to ask any follow up questions later. I would recommend going here and seeing him for any questions or help.

Came in to switch our 4 lines from another company. Christian was helping us. Got talked into adding two business lines as part of this “Promotion” that would give us credits for activation fees. I’m not sure how I agreed to this, but was under the impression that the price would be lowered before the first bill. We ended up paying considerably more for our first bill with the two additional lines and activation fees. I was promised the activation fees would be removed in two to three billing cycles. We’ll see.
Then my phone stopped sending SMS messages so I went in the store to get it resolved. Christian reset something and said it was fixed, It was not fixed, so I called back. He said that if I want any more help in the South Lyon store, I’ll have to pay a $40 service charge fee Never heard of that one, especially for something that should be fixed for free. If I go to the Brighton store, there won’t be a fee. He hung up on me. Well, that pretty much closes the door on any future relations with this store. Really? So I went to the Brighton store. They couldn’t help me but gave me the number to the 24 hour service pros, which I called and they had it fixed within 5 minutes. Why couldn’t Christian have just given me the number in the first place instead of threatening to charge a service fee? If you see good reviews, it’s probably because there were no problems. But if you have any sort of problem or billing issue, go to an actual Verizon corporate store instead of this Victra Verizon authorized retailer. They are not the same. Do a Google search. Wish I would have known this beforehand.
