Purposefully ripped us off! Terrible customer service!My wife bought an iPhone 14 Pro and a screen protector from Victra. The sales rep picked out the screen protector and put it on the phone before giving it to my wife. The screen protector, however, was for an iPhone 14, not an iPhone 14 Pro, so the edge of the screen protector at the top of the phone actually cuts across the front-facing camera and FaceID module, making front-facing pictures blurry. My wife later noticed this and returned to the store to get the correct screen protector, but they refused, saying that screen protectors were not refundable.Any Verizon store rep should know that the iPhone 14 and 14 Pro have different notch configurations, and that the iPhone 14 screen protector isn't compatible with the iPhone 14 Pro. And even if this was a mistake, the company should have admitted it and refunded the product when the error was pointed out. The store rep claimed that the screen protector company sent them the wrong item for the iPhone 14 Pro, and so it wasn't their fault. This was an obvious lie, because the front of the package states compatibility with 'iPhone 6.1" 2022', and NOT 'iPhone Pro 6.1" 2022' I can only deduce that they purposefully put on the wrong screen protector as a money grab, and then refused a refund based on their "no exceptions" return policy for screen protectors (again... they chose and applied the screen protector, not us!!!).

I went to the store to pick up my new phone. Chris was the only employee there. He was knowledgeable and patient with the several customers who were in the store. He strategically helped us all and everyone was satisfied. I was extremely impressed and told him so.

This was the absolute worst experience I have ever had. Chris is totally incompetent! He is either eating food while talking or in the back of the store smoking cigarettes. He took forever to look up and process my purchase of 2 phones. Chris then never called me when the phones came in and I kept calling the store to check on them. When I went into the store to pick them up, he told me both phones were sent back because they were defective. I never received an email or call about this. He was again chewing food while talking to me and the store smelled like rotten eggs.
