Extremely poor experience. I have submitted a formal complaint to the CFPB and BBB due to inaccuracies in a loan application resulting in nearly $700 in wrongful charges to me. Please do your research before considering this credit union.

I'm only giving five stars because of Alice on the teller line. She is amazing and you should give her a raise and a big bonus bc I only go to her and she helps me with every little thing and I love that lady. Give her a raise. We need more workers like this.

Never had a problem until I refinanced my auto loan with them. I have a joint account with my boyfriend and I was never told that because he wasn’t on the loan they would have to open me a new account. (Besides the fact that my first payment was due in a week, almost 2 weeks sooner then my original payment date with my previous bank.) They opened the new account without my knowledge and my due date fell on a Sunday and the new loan wasn’t in my online banking yet(since I thought it would appear in the joint account). So I had to be late to pay until I went into the branch the next morning and found out about the new account. So far I’ve been told twice, once in person and the other through chat that someone would contact me about the issue, have not heard from anyone. Another issue was when I got a phone call and voicemail regarding how in order to stay in good standing I had to fund the new account with $5, before I could return the call they transferred it from my joint account. Not happy with them at all.

Great place to bank, my loan officer was might have been new because we hit a few snags that I feel could of been avoided with a little more seasoned worker. But the issues where fixed and it all worked out.

I can not stress enough the customer service I have received from Vibe Credit Union in S Lyon!!! When you walk in, they make you feel like you are the only one that matters!!!!! They bend over backwards to help you in every and any situation and are always so very happy to do so!!!!! They are so very pleasant and always have a smile on their face!!! I have belonged to many financial institutions in my life and I will never leave Vibe Credit Union. I would like to say thank you to Ron, Lee, Amanda and Cindy!!! I just can’t say enough about these individuals and want to express my deepest gratitude to each and everyone of them!!!

I walked in to check out the banking offers and possibilities. This sounds like a great place! Staff was courteous and friendly, very informative. they have really good low price loan programs (car, personal, "quick cash" $500 for refundable deposit $50!). $25-50 REFER A FRIEND BONUS! CREDIT UNIONS ROCK! Also balance transfer from high rate Visas or Mastercards to much lower rates. Immediate debit card & separate ATM card. I will likely start an account w. direct deposit. It requires a minimum $500 avg. balance/mo. or min. $500 direct deposit/mo. to keep accounts active. Easy!

One of the worst customer service experiences i have ever encountered. Waited 10 minutes with my upset 2 year old just to deposit some cash, when it was my turn in line the lady at the counter went on her break. She said "sorry nothing i can do" Thanks lady you should've told me that when my kid was screaming 5 minutes ago. I'll be leaving here and going back to Chase.
