I went through the drive-through to pick up a prescription and the associate there was named Jason. He is very efficient and pleasant to interact with. Jason does an OUTSTANDING job and should be commended for it.

Horrible pharmacy. They have cancelled my script several times in a row with no warning or reasoning. I have been without my medication for weeks because of them. I highly recommend going anywhere else. The workers are rude and will do anything to avoid helping people.

This pharmacy has never had the most stellar customer service, but recently my experience has taken a deeply troubling turn. I have stage 4 cancer and experience severe, chronic joint pain. Despite having legitimate prescriptions from my oncologist, I’ve had to fight tooth and nail just to get my pain medication filled.
The process has been humiliating and exhausting. I’ve been made to feel like a criminal or drug seeker, rather than a patient in desperate need of relief. No one should have to advocate this hard for basic, compassionate care—especially while battling a terminal illness.
I sincerely hope Walgreens reviews its training and policies around pain management and patient dignity. People with serious illnesses deserve better.

This is the worst pharmacy. They refused to fill 2 medications ( with 2 valid refills remaining ) I've been taking for 20 years after they took over Rite Aids business. That then led to a hospitalization which has cost me thousands. Their pharmacists are untrained, rude, and do not care about their patients at all! Do not make the mistake of dealing with these people. Your health is at risk, and they could care less.

Worse pharmacy ever. Understaffed. Unorganized and slow. It's not their fault. This seems like a company issue. Try calling there. You will wait 20 minutes at least. I may need to switch to Amazon.

The store itself is fine. It’s the pharmacy that is a HUGE issue. The pharmacist is a complete jerk. The technicians or whatever you want to call them never have any idea what they’re doing or let alone speak english. And they never have my prescriptions that my doctor had clearly sent over.I just waited 10 minutes in the drive-through line and then another 5 minutes at the window before anyone came to help me. Then they tell me they don’t have any prescriptions for me. And the ones I’m taking I have to take at certain times or my body gets screwed up. So I call my doctor to confirm that they had sent it. My doctor states that they had sent it over Friday and the pharmacy had confirmed they received it Friday night. Yet the pharmacy still claims to not have my medication!This is not the first time this has happened to me at this store. If there were somewhere better in South Lyon to take my prescriptions to I would but unfortunately there is not.

12/25/23: I’m sorry your team members were working on Christmas Day, but at same time I’m thankful you were open. I bought 2 cans of soup for a Christmas Day recipe, went to prep, realized I had bought the wrong flavor, zipped to downtown SL hoping something was open… Not only were you open, but you had Campbell’s cream of chicken soup in stock. Saved the recipe! Thank you!
