I went to the corporate office on 12 miles to try to get the trade in value any phone any condition. That lady was clueless to the point she started to winging her job. I called the 13 mile location. Gentleman was a pro. He knew all thre promotions and even look at ways to save money on my bill.

AT&T in Southfield Mi. OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE. The store manger Immanuel and Maurice are top notch. Literally top notch. I Purchase 4 iPhones 15 pro and a flip. 3 phones got stolen in transit TWICE! And the manager and employee worked HOURS to help fix the problem and made sure everything was good. I came back to the store almost everyday and the employees made sure my situation was fixed. Made sure I was able to get my problems solved. Also made sure everything worked before I even left. Immanuel and Maurice were beyond patient. Went above and beyond. Christina and Maso help make sure my lines were connected even after hours and hours and waiting. Everyone in this store in particular did an OUTSTANDING job literally. I would definitely recommend coming here when purchasing or switching carriers. The honesty in this team is incredible.

Christina Walker absolutely went above and beyond with ultimate customer care and service! She took the time to aid me when I was very frustrated with billing and just know knowing pertinent information concerning plans and options every customer should know. Not only should Christina get a raise and promotion but also the person who hired her.

I’m not going to lie. I was thinking about giving up on my cell phone service until I met Christina and Immanuel! I have never been treated so kindly in a phone service store ever. They let us know in DETAIL everything that we were eligible for. We honestly got the hook up on so many things coming in for this visit. You can tell that they look out for the people and not just a commission check. No one, and I mean NO ONE has ever been as diligent and as caring as those two were. I swear they were like a perfect duo just taking care of their customers. And not only were they kind to me, they were very kind and attentive to every customers I seen walking in that door. From the bottom of our hearts thank you both so much! They are the ONLY PEOPLE that I will give permission to handle my phone service issues from now on. Those two need a raise! AT&T, they’re probably some of the main people keeping y’all in business. Please treat them well
